Highly recommend this clinic. Efficient, friendly, and kind staff. Best if you make an online appointment first. Ana Maria was my phlebotomist and she was gentle, kind, and made it a painless experience! Her expertise shone clearly through.

DO NOT GO THERE!I never do reviews but they lady that took my blood was SUPER RUDE , I was not expecting an urine sample as my Dr did not mentioned it so I used the washroom earlier ( I told her oh I did not that I need it , she said well you know it know and you have to get it now) , she was making comments about my veins as you can barely find them and I told her that she need to use a butterfly because I Bruce super easily and I know my veins are hard to find ( I am a healthcare worker as well and I think they way that they are treating people is unacceptable ) as well I BOOKED an appointment I even arrived earlier ( NOBODY WAS AT THE FRONT DESK ) and I had my blood taken 25 mnts later that my scheduled time appointment. I would like to add that I’m very sick and going there after a long day and getting treat like that is horrible! I believe that is the same lady that someone mentions below , she wear glasses and brown/ grey hair.

They are so unorganized and I was pretty sure they will mess up with all since I handed my sample to them !The front desk had my health card in her hand and asking me to give it to her ! she asked me 5-6 time the same question over and over and again couldn’t reflect the info on the sample . They mixed up and my sample hasn’t submitted properly . I’m happy at least they didn’t give me somebody’s else result !This is not safe for the patient , you guys can’t play with the people health !If you don’t want to get panic for receiving somebody else result or ending up to a wrong result better not to go here

Arrived around 730am on a Saturday. Already most seats were taken, so I expected a long wait. However, within 45 minutes (including check-in - I had no appointment) I was good to go. Much quicker than I'd expected based on previous reviews.Staff is polite, efficient, and professional. Not necessarily friendly, but seem focused on ensuring a consistent standard of care in a high volume clinic.Clinic itself seemed relatively clean and well maintained. Waiting area was well lit, and the chairs were good enough. Hard plastic but ergonomic. Unfortunately didn't notice any seating that could specifically accommodate larger individuals. Additionally, wheelchair entry seemed either impossible or extremely difficult, but I'm not an expert in that area, so I may have missed something.Overall my experience was incongruous with the large variety of negative reviews. I will likely return to this clinic for any sort of testing needs.

Very slow, disorganized service! Had to wait 20-25mins just to show the front desk my requisition paper...only to be told the wait time have my blood taken will be another 50mins! That is beyond ridiculous!..I am a nurse myself, and do not understand why it takes them so long. These employees working here would not survive working in the hospital. I'm disgusted reading some of the other reviews as well...how is that Arab/Persian lady with the glasses working there? It very clear that she is consistently very unprofessional and rude to customers on a regular basis.

It was okay overall, clean organized waiting area, friendly staff, pretty efficient quick service, entrance to parking can be busy. But 2 stars for the washroom, as all 4 washrooms had almost no toilet paper and it was soggy or damaged. Hopefully this will change as this is a kind of place that should be sterile not on the verge of unsanitary.

Life labs at this location is very slow & inefficient as they do not adequately know how to cater to customers properly. To the lady in the picture needs to stop kicking people out of the establishment when it's the people turn in line and not kick them because a person who booked there appointment just came. Secondly it's cold outside and there's a long line. Also the lady needs to wait a min for the customer to give the the information. Not just kick them out or get Impaption because they do not have it out for you. There needs to be a better balance between the customer in line and for the customer who booked in advance. I believe that those who have booked their appointments prior should be required to be 5 minutes early.

Such a ridiculous service. Booked appointment online, rushed through traffic,and when reached there, they said it's closed early. What a waste of time!! Atleast inform or cancel the appointment in advance. Don't make people come here and then they on their own!

I checked online and out of the 5 LifeLabs locations closest to me, their online website said this one had the shortest wait for walk-ins. Parking at this location can get busy, so I was ready for it, but there are always people coming and going so it's not too long before a spot is free. I got parking right away. The lab was not busy and they have a big screen TV showing how many minutes is the wait time, and showing the queue, when you will be called. I was surprised they were high tech like that. Again, I know this location can get busy at different times and days, but I went in on a Wednesday at around 1pm and it was not busy at all. I was seated in a treatment room within 5 minutes of arrival, and then 3 minutes later a nurse came and I was done. They showed me my paper-work and I took note of the visit number" which will help me find my results online

My daughter and I went in without an appointment to get our blood tests done. The lady who checked us in was friendly her name was Emily. We both were seen within 20 minutes by a very sweet and friendly lady her name was Forouz she was so gentle and honestly we couldn't be happier that we chose this location. Dynacare always causes pain and bruising for us both by poking non stop.Thank you so much Forouz you made it easy for us and were very compassionate towards our fear and sensitivity towards needles.
