This place took me in when I was in need and the doctor I was seeing originally wouldn't. They've been absolutely friendly and helpful. The best part is that they've moved from telehealth service to an in-office doctor which (Today) I was able to see for help.

My son was experiencing stomach pains. I came to the walk in clinic attached to Alpha Med. It was closed. The pharmacist, Mohamed Abdul Latif, asked if there was anything he could help me with. I explained why we were there. He asked questions and gave a quick examination of my son.He then advised me to take him to St Mary's hospital for suspected appendicitis.I did. It was. He had surgery that night.This is not my first time receiving fantastic medical advice from Mr Latif.He is consistently knowledgeable and professional.I am extremely grateful to have his services in my neighbourhood.Many thanks.

This is my favorite pharmacy. My parents, sister and own family all come here. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I love the drive through especially during the pandemic or after long day at work.

Very rude receptionist. I was here for a walk-in, and she said the doctor is not here today. And then I asked when the doctor comes back, and she said she doesn’t know and immediately proceeded to pick up a phone call without saying anything back to me. I then waited in front of here for a minute, while she covered the phone and pointed me to “go ask the pharmacist” and returned to her phone call.Then I proceeded to ask the pharmacist to see when the doctor comes in, and they said they don’t know because the doctor is out of the country, while having the huge “walk-in clinic open” sign at the front. I really feel discriminated here since I saw a person coming out of the doctor’s office when I was leaving. This should not be acceptable.

Walk-in was very quick and I got the issue addressed ina timely and friendly manner. The pharmacy was also very friendly and so helpful, despite being very busy. A wonderful spot with very caring people. Thank you!

The walk in clinic is always closed whenever we wanted to approach. Not a single time it was open, be it weekday, first half, second half. Wastage of time.We shouldn’t have drove to here. Will never come again.

All the clinics in the city were closed or filled up. I had a burn on my arm that needed attention, and the pharmacist here assisted me. He dressed my wound and gave me advice. I was so grateful because I was carrying around a baby and needed to find help asap. Thank you so much!

I don’t know it is my luck or something else. Whenever i visited this place i found doctor is not available and it is temporary closed. In last 1 year i tried this place almost 5 to 6 times. Latest attempt was on yesterday. If doctor is not available for extended period of time then you can post this message outside the clinic or on google as well.
