Midtown Medical Clinic - MMC Wellness Group (non walk-in clinic)

I had called the staff to cancel an appointment for an antigen test more than 24 hours prior to the actual test. Upon calling the staff just kept telling me that my appointment will be cancelled but I wouldn't be able to receive a refund of the test booked without any explanation.

Took covid-19 test in the clinic, got result in 6 hours. Good service from the clinic.

My experience was very positive. The clinic was efficient, the process seamless, the professionalism was appreciated. The swab was done with a gentleness that spoke to the expertise involved. Everyone in the clinic was pleasant. The report was delivered promptly, all of the required information was present and correct. I feel the clinic to be trustworthy and easy to deal with.

In an attempt to book an appointment for a covid test for my family member’s flight to China, I faced some serious discontent with the quality of service. I asked for clarification in terms of the covid test policies for the entrance to China, however, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and aggressive. As an individual who is not yet informed about the policies, I expected a qualified individual such as a member of a clinic to inform me about it. Not only did she advert my question about the entrance policies into China, she was aggressive when speaking to me. I understand it is frustrating to explain these policies over and over again to different customers, but I believe that it is their job to inform customers when they are asked about it. Overall I had a terrible experience with this clinic, it is a shame that the lady has ruined the entire reputation of this clinic. I definitely do not recommend this place, I highly suggest anyone that is coming here to seek for alternative options.

Very very bad experience. I went here just a moment ago to see if I can have or register for family doctor, the lady (with the glasses) in the reception was busy on her little smartphone. She was Chatting and/or using some app, she was not interested on giving me answers. She was quiet and very little to talk with non-welcoming gesture and feels like wanting me to leave soon from there and at last she said “you have to google and find a family doctor”.Never had any bad experience from any clinics throughout my life. She has to be taught how to deal with the customers when she is on her duty.

Today my dad went to the clinic for an urgent Covid PCR test for travel. The staff members were extremely helpful, especially the lady at the front desk, Ms. Song. She was very nice, professional and patient. The PCR test result came very quickly (2 hrs and so). Many thanks to the staff members at Midtown Clinic! Our experience was great. We will definitely come back again in the future.

I would highly recommend Midtown Medical clinic. I have used them several times for Covid testing to China and they have been incredibly helpful with communication and ensuring that my appointments were booked at the appropriate times (in line with m6 flight departure time) to ensure I got the green code for travel. Their communication was prompt and clear. They were always available on the phone or by email to explain the process or to answer my questions. The staff were always friendly and efficient. The first time I flew to China they assisted me to fill in the necessary forms/apps to get the green codes. When the rules changed that testing needed to come from 2 clinics, they facilitated both tests in their clinic, but sent one result out for processing making them a “one stop shopping” clinic.I would not hesitate in recommending this fabulous clinic! They should be your first choice for travel to China!

I have used this clinic 4 times now for Rapid Antigen testing for travel. The booking process through the website is fast and simple. The staff are always pleasant and professional. The test results are ready and emailed in under 2 hours. Any queries I have had have been responded to quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend

Really fast and efficient service! Appointment for my viral antibody test was for 11:30am, got there about 15 min early just in case. Waited as the secretary patiently dealt with a difficult client at the counter, and as soon as I was up, they quickly verified my personal information and I was taken to a private room. Waited about 1 min and someone in full gear came in and quickly and confidently administered the test. And that was it! I was finished by 11:25, and got my results within the hour! All this for a solid price too, the cheapest viral antibody test I could find in Vancouver. Could not recommend enough! The office is a little older but I am so happy with the service, so thank you!
