Never Again. Seriously. Are you guys serious??? If you do not get a refund of more than 300 you can't access Instant Cash Back".. That's just plain sad... Unthoughtful. No Reason. Why I did my taxes there. Mine as well not... #ReallyStupid #Horrible"

I have been going to H&R Block faithfully for probably 30 years, but I think our marriage is over. Lol. I will be looking for an alternative next year regarding my income taxes.

The whole reason why a person comes to an H&R block instead of going online is to be served by a person and have it done for them. If I'm going to be paying $100+ to have my taxes done, instead of doing it for free online, I expect to be able to use the bathroom. I used it twice before, first time was when I took my brother to do his taxes, second time was when I was getting them done but I forgot a paper, I come back again and I go to use the washroom and I'm told it's not for the public" she acted like I walked in off the street and wasn't in the middle of having my taxes done. I'm not the public

Today I went in and filed my taxes with Berlie. She had done my taxes before and we had no problem striking up a conversation.Well we chatted for about fifteen minutes or so; and the whole time she’s just typing away at her keyboard, when she looks over at me, announces that’s she’s finished and can I please sign this piece of paper for my four thousand dollar return.I love going to visit Berlie!Super friendly and super fast. I know it’s getting easier and easier to file yourself nowadays, but if you have to go somewhere go see Berlie Stork. She’s great.

Extremely unorganized office! Took them 4 months to start our taxes, can never get ahold by email or phone. I finally went in to pay an outrageous amount and the older receptionist was a total b**ch. She mocked me while she was on the phone with the lady to find our file. I wish I could give zero stars. Never coming back here again. Definitely do not recommend! That older receptionist with a walker needs to learn some manners
