Amazing staff and great service !

Don’t bring your alterations to Elegant Plus Cleaners located at 1240 Eglinton Ave West and Creditview. They have very bad customer service! This is the WORST experience I ever have. I have this most precious piece of clothing but they MESSED IT UP and did not want to be accountable. They did not follow a very simple instruction and as a result they shortened my pants INAPPROPRIATELY. They simply want to do things in their own way, not even listening to what their customer is saying. The lady did it to me at least twice and did not even realize the horrible mistakes and wrongdoing she committed. Instead, she treated me so BADLY. The staff was rude, arrogant and disrespectful. The lady has NO MANNERS at all. This complaint no matter what must be brought to a higher level and should teach business owner’s a lesson to ensure that customer’s rights are always respected. They don't deserve even a single star.

They were late with my order but provided me with free ironing. Very kind business owner.

I have been going for many years. The owners are very friendly and very professional. Most importantly, they are very honest and that is what makes me go back! They will never overcharge you and they make sure that everything you need is done in a timely manner. They ensure that I leave very satisfied everytime I go in. I would totally recommend them to anyone who is look for alteration or any dry cleaning sevices. Thank you!

They owners were amazing, friendly and professional people. They made alterations to my graduation dress and it turned out better than I could ever imagine. I highly recommend this to anyone!

Don't even bother, I asked them to narrow and add elastic ankle cuffs on my jeans and they DID NOT added the elastic ankle cuffs on my jeans but narrowing it, and to top it up they were late on the due day to finish it

Very bad attitude to customers.

Worst service. I gave them a shirt and they completely destroyed the collar. Then when I got it back, they tried to hide the destroyed collar so that I won’t notice before paying. Do not go here

I only use Elegant Plus to get my clothes dry cleaned even though I live in the north-west end of the city. They are extremely reliable with affordable prices. And they always deliver on time if not earlier. Would definitely recommend them!
