I want to preface this by saying that I've never had to write a bad review, nor did I ever feel the need to do so in any other instance. However, I had an unfortunate experience two days ago. I decided to stop by and get a Skor brownie Cupfection and a S'more Blizzard, but I ended up receiving two wrong orders. The employee who took our order seemed very rushed, which led to our orders getting mixed up. We politely informed the employee about the mistake, but he insisted that I had ordered the wrong thing. He rolled his eyes and took back my incorrect order. Meanwhile, my boyfriend realized that he also didn't receive what he had ordered, so we informed the employee once again about the mix-up. Instead of being understanding, he scoffed at us and claimed that I had ordered the items we received. He even rolled his eyes once again, kissed his teeth, and said gimme" while reluctantly taking back my boyfriend's order and followed by closing the window on us harshly.All of this is to say that we will unfortunately not be returning due to the poor service we received."

Visited this location around 15:30, yesterday April 30th 2023. I ordered 1 medium vanilla churro dipped ice cream cone and 1 large reeses peanut butter cup blizzard. The ice cream cone was missing a large chunk of the upper portion of the cone. The employee also failed to completely flip the blizzard, as per policy. The employee, Sunil, merely tilted it to the right, but did not flip it. Upon receiving the blizzard, I could understand why. The ice cream was completely watery and had to be put in the freezer at home and eaten at a later time. For the price you pay for dairy queen, I would certainly expect better quality.

The staff are not really welcoming. I love DQ but they treat like that don’t ever want the job they are doing. They have to be train on how to welcome people and smile and to say sorry when there is not something available in the menu. I précise it was around 2 pm on 6 of July.don’t even deserve the 1 ⭐️

This is my second visit to this DQ where I’m very disappointed.1- we ordered a georgia mud fudge blizzard and we were told they can’t do it, yet went to another DQ and they made it no problem?2- I order a slushie half blue/ half red to be told they can’t mix flavors? I’ve been getting this for years.

In writing this, this is my birthday. I had plans to go sign some documents for a house then after was going to go get an ice cream cake. When I got to the restaurant, they were closed, but the locations was supposed to be open till 10pm. Worker said closed early cause of Xmas party. Like out of all the nights to have a Christmas party. It’s a Tuesday night, who does that. So my one start cause I really wanted to get that cake and I didn’t have time to get to the nearest restaurant in time. I know this is irrational. But just not happy!

We use to love DQ but today the kids and I all agreed it would be our final visit. The meal deals increased in price so the $7 meals are now $8/$9. The chicken strips are so tiny and you get like 12 fries. We were allowed 1 sauce per meal. We wanted 2 extra with 4 sets of chicken strips and were told we had to pay extra. At a McDonald’s & BK we’d have had 2X the amount of food and as many sauces as we wanted. $62 for 5 meals and everyone was disappointed. DQ use to be our first choice for fast food and now it’s off the list. 0 customer service.
