Writing an update on my driveway sealing done 2 years ago and posted below. While Frank runs a respectable service and his after sales service was very good, the product itself - the sealer - worked poorly in my situation. After the first year, there were patches of sealer peeling off the driveway - which Frank came back promptly and touched up when I contacted him. April 2023 - as I look at my driveway, the asphalt looks terrible - patches of missing sealer everywhere and as the sealer peels off, it gets broken down into small black bits/flakes that get flushed with the rain and wind up in my interlock which has to be cleaned up and brushed contantly. Disappointed in the sealing product used, despite the very good service from Signature.

Signature Asphalt Maintenance did a phenomenal job of repairing cracks and sealing our driveway. The attention to detail was amazing - not a single spot missed, and not a drop of overspray on our interlock or anywhere else.Frank is very professional and truly cares about customer satisfaction. Signature Asphalt was amazing. Our driveway was quite honestly a disaster, full of cracks with grass growing everywhere. They did an amazing job removing all grass and filling cracks. The driveway looks great. We didn’t like the shiny finish we see on other driveways or the super matte finish which shows all tire marks. This is the perfect “in between” finish. We’ve had several neighbours comment on how great it looks and we’ve already booked with Signature to do my parents house in the Spring. Super professional and no cutting corners. We weren’t even home when this was done and couldn’t believe how great it looked when we pulled up. This is not your typical fly by night new start up company looking to make money for the summer. This is a mature and established business with a great reputation and they take the time to make sure you understand the process and are satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone whose driveway is looking worn or who just wants to extend the life of their driveway. You won’t be disappointed. Worth every penny!

Frank is a stand up guy, doesn't push any unnecessary repairs or services on you. Would recommend to family & friends. I'll be calling again in a couple of years.

We just had our driveway sealed by Frank and his team. Frank was great to work with, very friendly, promptly came to view our driveway and provided a reasonable quote. Once we were ready to have it done he was prompt to book us in and arrived on time and on budget. Our driveway looks great and absolutely no splatter anywhere! Highly recommend.
