We moved here on 2020 and our experience is nothing but excellent. The building itself is in a very convenient and sought-after location- walking distance to shopping, grocery, skytrain stations and park for our little one. The apartment building is new, kept clean and pristine all the time. Unit neighbors are very friendly. ☺️ Our building manager, Roy, is very responsive and accomodating. Certainly a gem for renters.

This is a great place to rent! The building's common areas are very well maintained and clean. Also, security is great with a secure locker for package deliveries. The building manager is incredibly friendly and responsive too, always available to answer any questions!

I can't recommend this apartment enough! Not only is the location great with easy access to everything I need, but the building itself is incredibly well-maintained and modern. But what really sets this place apart is the attentive and friendly building manager, Roy. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and comfortable, always quick to address any concerns or questions. My partner and I recently moved into this apartment building and have been thoroughly impressed with our experience thus far. The building is incredibly safe, with secure access points and cameras throughout the premises. As a resident, I feel very comfortable and at ease knowing that my safety is a top priority.Additionally, the building is kept impeccably clean - management team takes great care in maintaining the cleanliness of the property. The amenities are also wonderful, including a well-equipped fitness center, shared bbq , dog walk and even an underground car wash (that’s very convenient to washing bikes as well).Most importantly, our landlord, Roy, is truly amazing. He’s incredibly responsive to any of your needs or concerns, and he truly cares about his tenants. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and comfortable place to call home. It's truly been a pleasure to live here.

I love it here! The location is amazing, everyone is friendly, and the condo itself is very cute. I love that the building has a gym and the new YMCA is a short walk away. The building garden is lovely as well.

Recently moved into a one bedroom apartment here, we did lots of searching for a place and this apartment by far has the nicest space and floor plan; kitchen and living room style, lots of light!Gym is great and well maintained.Roy goes above and beyond, he is great at communicating.Other tenants are friendlyGreat amenitiesWe are very happy to be tenants here! We have lived here 2 years now and can't imagine being anywhere else.(The only time we even considered moving anywhere was to move downstairs to a 2 bedroom unit- lol)The suites and rooms are updated & the patios are spacious. There are storage and bike lockers as well as underground parking!The location is great for anyone needing the skytrain and is walking distance from grocery stores, coffee shops etc...There is a very nice park next door. The building has an outdoor communal bbq area, dog park and fitness room as well and a small community garden for anyone with a green thumb!This building is very dog friendly and the tenants are all very kind!!Roy the building manager is always available if you need him and is super helpful! The building is always very clean and welcoming thanks to Roy and the maintenance staff Vafa & Goli are not only neighbors but have all become friends!Love this building!Thanks Roy, Vafa and Goli have made us feel at home the day we moved in.Maureen and Dan

We are so glad we moved to this amazing apartment building! The apartments are spacious and the building is always kept clean. There are also storage and parking options for an extra fee. We love the neighbourhood as it is so peaceful and pet-friendly. There is so much to explore in walking distance - there are parks and restaurants close by, as well as easy access to public transport. We are so happy we made the move here - it was the best decision!

The building manager, Roy, is amazing and always goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is running smoothly. The apartments themselves are quite spacious with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. Overall, I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.

A really great place to live. The building is in great condition, with great amenities including a gym. My wife and I recently moved in and we couldn’t be happier with the location. Close to everything you would need. Roy the building manager is really pleasant to deal with and gets things done quick. Accommodating for pets is a huge plus. I highly recommend this place to live, overall atmosphere is really welcoming.
