TJ's School For Music

We have been attending TJ's Music School for several years. It continues to amaze me the generosity that is demonstrated by the staff and owners. The staff is creative and are talented musicians. They perform at community events and participate with charity functions.My children have benefited from their positive, no pressure approach to learning. TJ's also teach adults and seniors.I personally have been inspired at their summer concerts and enjoy the proud faces of the children in passing. I'm usually rushing and probably don't say it often enough...but thank you for what you guys do, it is inspirational. Kids these days need all the inspiration they can get (us big kids too)!Christine Earhart

Absolutely exceptional Music lessons at this location with a completely Well trained and professional musicians home take you into there business with a family like atmosphere and have done nothing but boost my child's confidence and self esteem to the point where he has come out of his shell and did a recital in front of a 150 people which would have been unheard of without T j's guidance I recommend this business to anyone who wants their child to succeed in any of the musical instruments that they provide instructions for

My son has been taking guitar lessons for a few years and loves it Tj is friendly, knowledgeable, and very talented. He also started taking vocal lessons for the last few months with Miss Corrine, who is also very talented and loves it as well. I would highly recommend this music school to anyone at any stage. It’s a family run business with a family atmosphere and very welcoming.

I've been a student of TJ's for about 4 months now and I am very impressed with the level of instruction, friendly atmosphere and staff. These are wonderful, talented, down to earth people who obviously love what they do.In the months that I've been a student I've had to reschedule lessons, several times, often last minute due to illness or work schedule etc. TJ has always been very flexible and accommodating to the chaos that I seem to have in my life; and is willing to juggling his schedule to fit me in.I had contemplated other schools before choosing TJ's, but I'm really glad I found them. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

If you are tired of learning to play guitar from youtube, please do visit them. They offer individual classes at affordable prices. Its the best for beginners who want to learn fast.

This was a horrible experience and I only went here for a month. During the lesson TJ would share his personal and political views and I felt very uncomfortable. The last time I went was for the fifth lesson and TJ didn't even show up. I ended up calling him and he didn't pick up, he later said I was probably in the back" though his car wasn't there. He handled situations very unprofessionally. I do not recommend this place at all."

I chose this place because it was close to my home. It was clear that it was not a clever decision just after the first lesson but I decided to give another chance. What a mistake. The owner and guitar teacher TJ talks about his political views against Trudeau and his personal anti-vaccination and freedom! views with my 14 year old daughter. He wastes entire lesson by talking about irrelevant subjects and imaginary people. Not recommended.

A great place for starting musicians and even more advanced musicians, I have been learning from TJ for a number of years and I was able to start playing in shows because of his lessons. TJ is concise about his lessons and wont confuse students TJ is also a better alternative to learning by yourself

A fantastic place for your kids to learn music. TJ and the staff are knowledgeable and patient. My son was there for years and they taught him well. He learned guitar from TJ and Jesse.I would recommend TJ's music school to any parents who would like their kids to learn and instrument or vocals.
