We just completed a master bedroom, upstairs hallway and two bathroom renovation with Alchemy Construction. We are really pleased with the workmanship and very happy with the final result! The space is completely transformed and we have received many compliments on the new look.Mark and Eamonn were a pleasure to work with. We appreciated their advice and clear, timely communication. Eamonn should be commended for his suggestions and problem-solving skills which were extremely helpful when renovating an older home. The Alchemy staff working on site were always friendly, helpful, and professional. The subcontractors also displayed these same attributes and there was a real sense of teamwork in their approach to the project.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alchemy Construction to anyone considering a renovation.

If you are looking for a top-notch contractor, look no further. Mark and his team are utmost professionals, super dependable and great communicators. They seem to have a solid and excellent reputation with the City of North Vancouver and are extremely professional and courteous. The work they do is super high quality and I highly recommend them.They did some reno work on my place to correct what my other contractor messed up and I was floored by how dependable they were and how professional and reliable they were. They were a night and day difference from my previous contractor and just a dream team.I would give this Georgie Award winning team 10 stars if I could!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Mark and his team at Alchemy Construction. We were in a bad situation with a shady contractor when Alchemy was recommended to us by a business colleague—we were looking for a reputable contractor that was honest and transparent with billing. Mark was absolutely wonderful! We were very happy with the entire process of our tenant improvements. Mark and his crew are highly reliable, experienced, professional, very friendly, and have great design and cost-saving ideas. Eamonn, our project manager, was excellent and made sure we were happy with every detail. The staff and regular trades people at Alchemy are like a family, and after working with them for a number of months, we feel as though we are part of their family now, too! Brad and the guys did a great job converting the ground floor of a very old house into a modern living space. I loved all the advice and suggestions that Carlo gave. She has a great eye for design.

I have just finished a new home construction project in Vancouver with Alchemy Construction. It was of course a massive undertaking and took a high degree of planning and skill to complete. Alchemy Construction offered these necessary requirements too me. They were able to navigate all the challenges that inevitably came along including 2020. I had the opportunity to work closely with numerous Alchemy employees and various subcontractors involved in every aspect of the project from budgeting to construction, and décor to landscaping. All these endeavors were managed and tied together by Bradley Jones; the project manager assigned to my build. His expertise guided me through the process and he never lost sight of my needs and goals and always made sure I was in the loop and up to speed. He was quick to address my concerns that would occasionally arise and walk me through the procedures and solutions. I never had to phone twice. He always picked up and always called back promptly if I left a message. This I can tell you is of great comfort to a homeowner. I would not hesitate to recommend Alchemy Construction to anyone for any project, and I hope to use them again in the future.- Gary

In response to the owner, the situation was not dealt with after I called. I tried to also reach out through social media and was ignored. Every day for months my garage was blocked. I was consistently polite in tracking someone down and asking them to move until I finally got had enough and took it to the company in charge, Alchemy. Nothing changed and in fact more than one of your trades people were quite rude causing me to change my tone as well.

Alchemy Construction recently helped us to renovate our kitchen and foyer, as well as add a washing machine / dryer to our upstairs suite. Mark, Eamonn, Carla and the rest of their Team did a great job! Excellent customer service, very friendly / easy to work with, and we love the finished product!
