I buy a house in Victory Green and the builder is Remington Builder.I was into lots of surprises even the house is not ready.The big surprise for me so far is no door into the mud room from the garage". They put a window instead.Every time they use the municipal bylaw. They have already know in the fist hand that if they do not dig low enough

We had two significant roof leaks with water damage throughout the brand new townhouse in Feb 2019 (along with many other units in our community).It's virtually impossible to get in touch with anyone from customer service (even though it's a brand new property under warranty). For every 20 phone calls, I get someone that finally picks up (and the same goes for emails). We've had some repairs done but we frequently have contractors that don't show up. Now, they ignore all of my emails and phone calls, so we still have rooms with missing carpet, baseboard and unfinished walls. It's quite frustrating when you schedule a contractor, and take a day off work, and then no one shows up (and no one from Remington communicates with you). It's been a very frustrating experience.

Terrible customer service. No credibility at all.We had the water damage to our house in Feb 2019. Tried to contact the builder to come to fix it. They were ignoring my phone calls or emails until April.Finally, they agreed to come fix our roof and scheduled an appointment in April. We waited home for the whole day and they did not show up. They rescheduled another appointment in early May. They did not show up again... I am speechless and don't know what to do other than complaining and keep calling them everyday.... Very very frustrated

Bad quality workmanship. Customer service just pretends like they offer good service but they do bare minimum to cover up or deflect customer complaints. Did not know.The floor tiles started cracking one by one in the kitchen area and finally had 9 cracking ones and others not sticking to the cement underneath because they did not apply enough. Cheap job! Avoid if you can!

Hi home and Apartment buyer’s, please please please again please do not buy or register from Remington group development, because you wasting your time and money. Remington making poor quality and poor value home, and people are working for them are not professional and they have no idea what they doing, for example walls not even, washroom and bathroom tiles are uneven and huge gaps between the tiles. Two time they repair my washroom tiles but look worse than before, they told us that the best we can do. I never been in this construction and I'm sure I can do better job than Remington. I wish I can send pictures of my floor tiles and floor plank so you understand what kind of garbage Remington I dealing with.

This builder is dishonest and unethical . They make a promise to give me a drywall and painting entirely repairing for my new home bought from the builder during 30day form conciliation. They have not repaired the items of 30 day form yet. They give me a paper about it and never tell me that I need fill It out and submit it back to the builder. All of the repairing is delayed by Cov19. The builder break their promise and do not give me any repairing anymore when I contacted the builder.

Avoid this builder like the plague. Made some calls to head office to explain the terrible reviews and they said someone would call me back but no one ever did. Big surprise. Save your money and go with a reputable builder. I'm sure when the Grand father started this company it was handled with much better care, professionalism and respect. This is what happens when old money is handed down to 3rd generation and they did not earn it. A shame but you know the money will change hands soon enough as business like this cannot survive in today's competitive landscape.

We've been really happy with Remington so far...we have purchased a detached in the Oakville, Preserve area and every so often visit the site to see the progress and it's coming along really well, I don't think we'll be seeing one day of delay. The sales office was closed before sales of our phase came into action but once it did go on sale, the sales office has been open ever since which is really convenient, staff are nice too. We have a close friend who have now settled down in their purchase also from Remington, Preserve and they are really happy too, very chic and modern. I see some features in their house as regular basic options which are upgrades from other builders.
