What an awesome experience with the beauty manager Angela, she showed me and my daughter the new amazing dyson hair tool that they now carry and helped us explore some new scents and made the most perfect suggestion for my daughter who was unsure of what she was really looking for in the perfume department. What awesome, friendly and patient customer service.

While most of my experience with the post office staff are good I say this particular incident with these ladies especially the lady with dark short hair a little older and her partner at that time January 25, 2023 around 3:15 PM is not entirely pleasant. Maybe because I am a minority? I was smiling going in but this lady with the short hair made a remark and looked at me pointedly to which her partner laugh and and then the short haired lady left and the long haired one still smiling from the remark attended to me. She came back to the counter after I left. I never remember treating anyone rudely, and always treat everyone with respect. I always exchange pleasantries and I have worked with the former pharmacist before. I just hope you don't discriminate or make fun of people, this kind of behaviour has no place in coustomer service albeit in our society.

security guards are always following any poc who walks in the store. my friends and i have all experienced racial profiling individually at this location. i no longer feel comfortable shopping here.

I used to love going to this shoppers, but lately it has really sucked. The security always always follows my daughter and I around like we are ready to steal what we can get our hands in. Went in today and he walked back and fourth the aisle we were in every few seconds. And that was not the first time. The other one circles the make up aisle we were in and watched us like a hawk too. He actually almost ran into me trying to follow us.They racially Profiled us. I don’t think I will go back to this shoppers again.

Went to the pharmacist for a simple question “can I take this while pregnant?” and he talked down to me like I didn’t know anything. Said I didn’t have what I know I have. And that I couldn’t take anything for it because I’m pregnant. After telling him what my doctor said he then walks to an isle and grabs a medication I can take while pregnant.Beware the pharmacist who thinks he knows everything and treats you like you’re stupid.

I love shoppers but I always have the worst experience in this store. Like being racially profiled by the security, or rude service by the cashiers. Sad part, I was walking with my nieces who shouldn’t have to experience that.

Very rude! The post office person and the Manager! I simply went in to send something back and received very rude and poor customer service! From the both of the them very unprofessional. Both giggling like little children as I left! Very upset with how I was treated! They need to grow up! And get new jobs not suited for customer service!Bower Place

One of the two clerks at the postal desk went out of her way to be useless. I asked her about a mailing address for CRA. Dumb look. Envelope with a stamp on it. She reluctantly sold me that but not without another dumb look. If she was actually in CUPW, she would have been in perfect strike mode. Since she's only in customer service, she is ready for unemployment

Pharmacy staff and rude and incompetent, I question if some are actually trained. Told 20 minutes for my prescription, come back an hour later and I’m told it still needs to be checked, it’s not done because the staff are standing around laughing and talking. Won’t be back and FYI if you’re a professional dress and act like one.

This is my favourite shoppers in Red Deer and the ONLY one I shop at.The cosmetics team is extremely helpful with excellent customer service.They are knowledgeable about all their products and go above and beyond to make my shopping experience exceptional.The store is always very clean, organized and the staff is always friendly. Angie has done my makeup a few times and I always leave the store feeling beautiful! Thank you all!!!
