The screen on my iphone 8 went black. I went to the closet Bell store (Taylor Kidd Blvd). I got to the door and it was locked! Then two employees came out. Store closes at 5. I was asked what I wanted to do: fix the phone or upgrade? I said upgrade. So the employee, Brad, said he could help me out. So he went back in the store and stayed to help me out. I ended up with an awesome looking iphone 14 pro. Brad set me all up; transferred all my data, set up a new plan etc... I was amazed at the wonderful service from Brad. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was very friendly and patient and didn't mind staying late after the store had closed. He definitely made my day! I highly recommend this Bell store on Taylor Kidd Blvd in Kingston. I am so grateful to Brad for getting me a working phone again, all within an hour or so. Left with a big smile on my face and a happy camper! I will definitely go to this store for any future purchases and/or questions about my new iphone 14 pro!! :) Thank you Brad!From a very very happy customer! :)

I went to Bell today to switch my phone from Freedom Mobile and I have to say the service was quick and easy. Brad helped fix me up with a great plan, I’m glad I chose this Bell store.

Service was great upon initial set up and staff was very friendly.During set ups there were issues with my Bell account to which they took the time to look into and ensure that it was corrected and my account refunded. Want to thank them for the additional time and effort this required!
