Danika is the sweetest most talented and helpful person ever! Our elopement would not have been the same without her, literally. Her recommended vendors list provided us with a hair/make up artist and officiant! Really was a one stop shop for all of our elopement needs which was amazing and made the planning process so smooth and stress free! Before anything was even booked yet for our elopement I came across Danika’s work and knew right away she was the one we needed to capture our special day! My husband and I have never been professionally photographed before and generally are awkward in front of cameras but Danika made us feel so comfortable and somehow made us look photogenic! Truly magical Lol! I love the candid pictures Danika captures and she is also great at recommending/ directing poses for some shots as well which we really appreciated. AND she sent us sneak peaks literally the day after the wedding. Thank you so much for everything Danika!

I am happy to recommend Danika as a very talented, easy to work with wedding photographer.My wife and I were trying hard to keep our wedding on a tight budget. We thought we didn't need a professional photographer. Friends convinced us to give Danika a try, and we are very glad now that we listened. We were particularly happy that Danika was willing to be flexible to create a plan for covering our wedding within a budget that we could manage.Danika got in touch early and kept on top of planning. She has an unusually relaxed and friendly personality that made her easy to work with. On wedding day, she coordinated seamlessly with the other professionals, helping to take management pressure off of us. Much of the photography went on invisibly to us during the ceremony and reception: we were surprised by the great shots we saw afterwards.These days everyone has a camera, and we got hundreds of shots from our friends after the wedding, some of whom are talented amateurs. But when we went through them all and pared down to make an album, we could really see the difference a pro makes. Especially looking at the portrait scenes Danika setup - we'd never have got those otherwise. No comparison. We put about 80 pictures in our album. 75+ were from Danika.

Danika's skills, personality and vibes were MEGA! She was an essential part of our special day, and the resulting photos continue to make us smile. She was able to capture our personalities as both individuals and a couple, and allowed us to have fun while getting photographed. It was such a positive experience, and I would HIGHLY recommend Danika :)

Choosing Danika as our photographer was the best decision. Her photos are absolutely gorgeous! I have had so many people tell me that they look like they are from a wedding magazine! Danika is easygoing, personable, and so talented... not to mention creative and committed to the job! (By the end of our engagement session she had us swimming in the Okanagan lake in our fancy clothes, in very cold September temperatures, and she was right there with us taking underwater pictures---SUCH a blast!) She also was so efficient, sending us the most amazing sneak peaks the DAY AFTER the wedding! A few months later we received the most beautiful package in the mail with a bunch of high quality printed photos, which now hang on our wall. She went above and beyond by doing little things to make the experience even that much more special. Thank you so much Danika!

Danika is such an amazing photographer and friend! She had such a special way of getting us out of our comfort zones and really capturing our personalities during our engagement shoot and our wedding day! Just looking through our photos brought back all the feelings of our wedding day. We have 2 kids who don't stop moving and she still managed to capture tons of real, candid photos of them, and all of our guests! She is also unbelievably PATIENT as we changed our wedding date and venue a few times since covid!! We love you Danika and we can't wait to have you photograph our little fam again someday!! Danika was the photographer for my wedding and my partner and I honestly could not be more happy with the photos she took!! Danika did an amazing job documenting the big and small moments of our special day and we’re so grateful to be able to have these memories forever. I had a specific vision of colours and tones for our wedding, and Danika not only heard me out but delivered the most beautiful, timeless galleries for our wedding and engagement photos (even in not the best indoor lighting) and I couldn't be more grateful. I went with Danika because of the emotion and joy in her photos, and that is exactly what she delivered. Of course I'm happy with the photos of me and my husband, but what I didn't expect were all the beautiful candid photos and portraits of all the people we love in our life, and I am so grateful to have them. Danika was very easy to communicate with prior to our session. She was kind, caring, and brought a lot of fun into the session.
