My experience was positive from the moment I walked through the door. All the staff were so friendly and knowledgable. Tina was very helpful at the front desk; she welcomed me with a smile, helped me with the espresso machine, and answered all my questions about the products they carry. A big thank you also to the nurse that helped me (Donna I think?), Dr Guo, and all the other lovely receptionists. What a great team :)

I attended Rejuvenation Dermatology & Aesthetics for an appointment and Tina provided such good information on medical grade skin care products. Tina went above and beyond to answer my questions. She is personable and a wonderful pleasure to meet!

What an amazing experience I had here recently. I saw Dr. Wu for a laser treatment (IPL Laser) to remove some brown spots on my face and some botox for the deep lines around my eyes. He was very helpful at explaining what treatments to get for my age and skin type. Plus I love that they have skin products in the lobby to purchase so I don't have to buy them on Amazon. The staff was friendly and nice and the clinic is pretty beautiful! I'm really happy with the results and will be back again!

My recent experience at a dermatologist office was incredibly frustrating, prompting me to share my negative feedback. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was left waiting for over an hour, which not only tested my patience but also caused disruptions to my work schedule.Arriving at the dermatologist office, I expected a smooth and efficient appointment, allowing me to return to work promptly. However, the reality was far from satisfactory. I had to leave my work early, compromising productivity and inconveniencing both myself and my colleagues.It was disheartening to see the dermatologist office show a complete disregard for punctuality and efficient scheduling. They failed to value and respect their patients' time, leaving me waiting for an unreasonably long period.Not only did I sacrifice valuable work hours for the appointment, but the prolonged wait exacerbated the situation. The lack of consideration shown towards my work commitments and the disruptions caused were wholly unacceptable.Effective time management and respectful patient care should be a core principle of any healthcare provider. Unfortunately, this office failed to meet even the most basic expectations in this regard.Medical establishments must communicate and manage delays effectively, especially when they significantly impact patients' daily lives. Regrettably, this office made no effort to inform or update me about the delays, compounding my frustration.Patients seeking care deserve a practice that recognizes and respects their time commitments. It is disappointing that this office failed to deliver on these essential aspects of patient care.To potential patients considering this dermatologist office, please be aware of the excessive wait time, lack of communication, and disregard for patients' schedules. I highly recommend rejuvenation dermatology clinic! Dealing with skin concerns is pretty crummy- it’s easy to feel self conscious and vulnerable, however coming to rejuvenation has been nothing but a wonderful experience!! The staff has been so helpful and welcoming every time I come in. Tina and Allison have become such friendly faces- I look forward to seeing them before my weekly sessions! They are so kind and consistently check in on my progress and work with me to recommend products that match my skin concern, or offer an ear to listen. I have high frequency treatments and I have truly enjoyed having clinic visits become part of my weekly routine. Thank you to the staff at rejuvenation!! Your kind considerations really make all the difference :)

Highly recommend!The clinic was for sure one of a kind rejuvenation centres in Vancouver, beautifully located in the heart of Coal harbour. Very organized and friendly staffs who were professional and respectful towards the customers. My appointment with Dr Paul Kuzel went on time with no waiting time. Dr. Paul Kuzel was very wonderful, knowledgeable and caring towards his patients. A Big thank to this great team!

Dr. Kuzel and nurse Hannah were extremely pleasant and informative during my 2 visits to the clinic. I would certainly recommend their services for anyone wanting to correct or treat a medical problem, or even a cosmetic/aesthetic issue like I had. The clinic was able to schedule my 2 appointments very quickly, including one visit on a holiday weekend.

Me and my friend were walking the sea wall and came across Rejuvenation. Beautiful Tina welcomed us right away and answered all questions. She is very knowledgeable about the services they provide and regarding the medical grade skin care. She was very kind to us and made us coffee. It gave us an unforgettable experience one of the best walking experiences. Me an my friend will be coming back and referring all of our friends and family to come visit Tina ❤️

My mom came to this clinic and is getting me to write this review about the young ladies at the front. She is amazed by the courtesy and politeness these ladies greeted her with. They were wonderful and went the extra step by offering my mom coffee and making conversation with her. Unfortunately my mom didn’t catch these girls names but one was of Asian back ground and one was south Asian or middle eastern. Anyways great service by these ladies they made my moms time here a blast.

Today, I had an appointment at Rejuvenation Dermatologist, and unfortunately, the overall experience left me quite dissatisfied. I arrived promptly at 12:30 for my appointment, but I ended up waiting until 1:50 before I could finally see the nurse who was handling my case. The prolonged wait without any assistance or updates was frustrating.On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge the nurse who attended to me. She was incredibly kind and helpful during our interaction, which is why I am giving the clinic an extra star, totaling two stars. Her support made the wait a bit more bearable.However, the disappointment came when I finally had the opportunity to meet with the doctor at 1:55 PM . The entire appointment lasted a mere two minutes, and the conclusion was disheartening. I was informed that my condition affects approximately 50% of the population and that there is no solution available. It was disheartening to hear that nothing could be done, especially after such a long wait.In addition to the unsatisfactory consultation, I would like to highlight that I tried to contact the receptionist to inquire about the location and parking arrangements. Unfortunately, there was no answer, leaving me without the necessary information I needed before my visit. This lack of responsiveness further added to the frustration and inconvenience of the experience.Overall, my experience at Rejuvenation Dermatologist was marked by excessive waiting times, a disappointingly brief consultation, a lack of available parking, and an unresponsive receptionist. While the nurse's support was appreciated, the absence of a satisfactory solution, coupled with the parking shortage and the unavailability of assistance from the receptionist, further diminished my experience. I hope the clinic can address these issues promptly, improve their communication and customer service, and provide adequate information to patients, thereby enhancing the overall experience for future appointments.
