Big shout out to Ed Bradbury and the team at the Kelowna branch ! Thanks Ed,Cam, Mark, Marvin,and Don! I have been a Tempstar dealer for many years and can't ever see using a different product especially with the technical expertise and service provided at the Kelowna branch. You will be hard pressed to receive this level of service ANYWHERE! P.S. I've got room on the van for some Tempstar and Sinclair stickers !

Awful customer service, the older gentlemen we dealt with is very rude and unreliable. How you run business is bull s***, when you say your going to have an order ready then have it ready don’t sell it to someone else. Very disappointing will not be coming here again.

This company would not sell me a replacement ignitor for my furnace because I'm not licensed". Replacing an ignitor is a 2 minute job and doesn't involve anything dangerous - disconnect one connector and remove one screw... that's all. Do I need a licence for that? What about right-to-repair? You should be encouraging people not discouraging them."

Great store, I travel across BC for work, and by far best HVAC store around. My 2 favourite stores are Kamloops and Kelowna. Always a warm environment, and fast service.I hope one day to get a Sinclair Supply hat sometime.Always love the great selection of Klein Tools as well.

Customer service here is terrible. They will ignore you as long as they can and talk down to you. I recommend any HVAC in Okanagan to go elsewhere. These guys just mess up orders.
