They have been our health care provider for our fur babies for a long time. Highly recommend. The staff are wonderful and compassionate.

All staff were extremely compassionate when we had to put down our family dog. They gave us the time we needed while making those important decisions, and answered all of our questions about our options for afterwards. Staff were also incredibly kind and caring in every conversation I had with them. I'd like to thank the staff for being so supportive during a very hard time.

Friendly service and easy to get refills and food even with covid precautions. They took special care when our hamster passed away, even though she was not a patient there and were able to preserve paw prints that will forever be cherished.They have provided excellent care for my cat with congestive heart failure, who has exceeded all initial expectations and still plays as though he was a kitten many years later! Highly recommended!Still providing excellent care and good knowledge of the products they offer!

My cat had to have a pretty immediate surgery last night. He is doing a lot better but the service and care the staff have for animals is surreal. The receptionist was also amazing, and makes super cute catnip pillows that my baby boy absolutely loves. The vet he had was amazing and the care. I just am extremely happy that I know my boy will get the best care!

Amazing and friendly service. These folks really care about your pets. We were very happy to adopt our cat from them and have nothing but good things to say about the technicians and vets here.

This is the best vet clinic in Sarnia. We recently had to put our beloved dog down and they made us feel right at home. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff and the vets there are top notch.

My dog recently passed away due to a seizure around 2:30 am in the morning. He seized for over a hr while we called Blue cross animal in Sarnia. When we called we were told to download a app. It was a live text chat .The person answering the chat was terrible . Due to there being No 24 hr emergency vet in Sarnia this app slowed down the time we wasted on getting our dog to the nearest vet .The chat person said she didn’t know the closest place for us to go. Oh go to your own vet. We said we can’t they said to download app to chat here. Oh the closest to Sarnia is Toronto. We gave up and called around ourselves instead. We were in such stress while our dog seized .We finally found a vet in London and said we were referred by live chat app ,but we were not . We were in such dispair. Our dog died on the way due to it being a hour drive to London and fooling around with a person on this live chat who provided no proper help.Blue cross animal hospital was going to be notified by the London vet hospital that our dog passed away . We used the vet only once called London Regional referred veterinary Hospital and they sent us a beautiful card. Blue cross animal who was our dogs vet didn’t even call to give us condolences. First what turned me off from Blue cross in Sarnia was that our dog took a spinal stroke and couldn’t walk in the summer. I had to wait a week later for a vet to be able to exam our dog. They didn’t care they were booked up. Just Terrible!!!

Had our 1st visit to the clinic. Everyone was so nice and pleasant. When Dr. Shannon called to review the exams she was very thorough and explained her findings in detail. I 100% feel we have chosen the right clinic for our fur babies
