I am beyond happy with my products and the customer service I received from Northern Fitness. Kierra was extremely helpful and kind. I purchased dumbbells that had some slight defects and she went above and beyond to make sure I got the issue resolved and that I got what I wanted within a particular time frame. I would not hesitate to purchase more items and equipment from Northern Fitness, the selection is great and I'm more than happy to support a local business

Had bought a Goruck GR1 21L when they were in stock recently. Due to my trigger finger, bought the wrong size. Wanted the GR1 26L. Ashley H from support was helpful in doing the exchange for me since I picked it up from the Mississauga warehouse earlier that day. Happy with the correct product and highly recommend Nothern Fitness.Again thank you Ashley for a customer positive experience.

I placed an order on Dec 2nd and was told one week for delivery. I was contacted a week later and was told it would be about 4 or so more days for delivery. It is now December 30th, I still haven’t received my weights (month later) and now no one will contact me back.EDIT: I have increased it to 4 stars from 1, as the manager made up for the hassle I stated above. Thank you for the follow up and making things right!

I had some problems with defected barbell but the owner called me and fixed all problem and now all is ok. I'm strongly recommend this company and their services.I really like it when people care about their business and their customers!

Ordered The Atlas smith machine garage gains bundle a couple of weeks ago for my husband's birthday present. My credit card was charged the $4,450 immediately, 2 weeks later the item still has not shipped, hubby's birthday has passed & no update from anyone at Northern Fitness!!!I called the company last week to inquire when it will be shipped, Warren took my call but we were disconnected, I left another message and no one called back.I then emailed the company &had Matt (manager) email me and advise the bench in the bundle was back ordered &would arrive in their warehouse at the end of the week & everything would be shipped then. The end of the week came , got a message from an Ashley who stated the bench would take 60 days to come in and offered another model that did NOT come with a preacher curl or leg extension attachment. We were not interested in another bench without these attachments, we already have a bench similar to what was offered. I replied that we were willing to swap the bench for floor mats and would source this bench from a different retailer; we have not heard anything back from anyone at the company, even after trying to call them and email them this morning.*******updated review to reflect the effort and resolution to the issues mentioned above, by manager Matt.Matt was able to source the original bench that was supposed to come with this package, and made things right. The gym package was delivered today. 5 stars for the delivery team who where professional, and courteous. Thanks to Matt for making this right, and the superb service by the delivery team.

I am extremely happy with the products and service I received from Northern Fitness. Warren did a fantastic job helping me through the process from A to Z. He truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my order and personally helped me place the order to make sure that everything was perfect. The delivery team - Christian and Chris were amazing. They went above and beyond and even gave me some pointers on how to put the equipment I purchased together. They were truly a pleasure to deal with. Kierra was extremely helpful and understanding during my interactions with her, in helping me rectify an issue I experienced with my plates after delivery. She was very responsive, quick and efficient. The issue I had was addressed and fixed right away. Additionally, the warehouse team was very understanding and helpful when I came in to exchange a product, ensuring I left with products I was happy with. All these team members went the extra mile and it is so appreciated. I can't say enough positive things about every member of the team I've interacted with over the last few days. The plates, bars and functional trainer I purchased are all very high quality items that are reasonably priced. I will definitely be able to get many years of use out of their products even with heavy usage. Overall this was a 5 start experience and I'm looking forward to purchasing more equipment through northern fitness in the future.

Order a pair of dumbbells and the over all quality is really nice. For the curb-side pick up I only wish there hours of operation were a bit more flexible. Overall I would shop here again.

Very smooth experience over all. I got a set of dumbbells with stand and every piece was perfect. I picked it up from the wear house and the handling team was top notch. This is our second purchase from them and will continue to support them. Great company to deal with over all.
