We could not be happier with our wedding and engagement photos from Hillary. She was so lovely to work with and helpful in making the experience very comfortable and relaxed as I'm quite nervous in front of the camera! And the photos are just absolutely incredible and perfectly catch the vibe of the night. Can not recommend her enough, you will not be disappointed! Hillary is a professional photographer whom I highly recommend. I couldn't be more pleased with her services. She ensure her backdrop matched my colours, showcased my garments & allowed my little models to be their ownsleves. She took on photographing 8 children, ranging from infants to 8years old. These children were not family & yet the children were all very comfortable around each other and Hillary. She made this experience fun & enjoyable for the children, and myself too! This was my first experience with branding photos and I wasn't overly sure what to expect. It was such a success! I would recommend Hillary to anyone trying to boost their business with some professional photos. Hillary was such fun to work with: our multi-generational photo shoot was everything we could possibly have asked for! The photos she captured were simply exquisite, encapsulating character and love and fun and beauty. The wonderful vacation we enjoyed as a family in celebration of my parents' 50th wedding anniversary will forever be remembered through these photos.

Where do I start with my review of Hillary? We booked Hillary because she is highly regarded as an expert in candid photography, and I had seen her work from another friend of mine (the pool shoot!). Our entire extended family was going to be together for the first time in years, and we wanted to capture some great group shots, but also the craziness that is our little family. Hillary went above and beyond - she captured the attention of my 18 month old nephew, had a vision for some great shots, expertly directed us in creative ways, and captured moments I had forgotten about by always being at the ready! I would absolutely and emphatically recommend Hillary!!

Hillary did an extended family shoot of our family for my parents’ anniversary. I can’t say enough good things about our experience! There were 8 adults and 4 kids and she managed to capture us all beautifully. She was great with the kids and getting them involved and smiling. The images are absolutely stunning. Hillary was also a delight to deal with from start to finish—quick email responses, super helpful in planning before the actual day, images received a week or so later, etc. Would give 6 stars if I could, and I’m sure we’ll be meeting Hillary again for any future family photos!

I am so happy I came across Hillary West Photography. She was looking for a child for some old fashioned toy store photos. She was a true professional and instantly put my daughter at ease. I'm so happy I stumbled across Hillary West Photography almost three and a half years ago when I booked a family/cake smash session for my daughter's first birthday. Hillary is extremely personable and very talented. When I saw her post regarding summer mini sessions in a wild flower field, I couldn't resist booking recent family photographs. Just as I remembered, she made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. My husband and I are always so pleased with our session and final photographs.
