He booked us for a time a few weeks later (I was not in a rush), and he came on time, and he and his colleague did a great job. The windows look great, and I have a new window washer. Great company to deal with! When we got home unfortunately there was a mess down the one side of my house from debris from their work - I contacted them and were SUPER responsive and offered a make-up service at a later date. THIS is what good business looks like. Will use them again and highly recommend!

We had Harrison clean the interior and exterior windows of our home and he did a phenomenal job! He was thorough, detailed and goes the extra mile to do fantastic work! I appreciated the communication leading up to the job as well. He is a rare find. I will never go back to another window cleaning company. We found Harrison's Window Washing through facebook. The main reason we hired him was to de-moss our roof. We also used hime to clean the gutters and clean the exterior windows. We were happy with the job that was done. After a few rains we noticed that there were some stains on our recently painted ceilings. During a rain storm I went into the attic and found the the roof was leaking in multiple places! We have never had a leak before. The only thing that had changed was the we had hired Harrison to clean the the moss off of the roof. Him and another person were up the for most of the day working. I had to replace most of the roof to the cost of $10,000.00 dollars and we will have to repaint most of the ceilings. We have emailed Harrison several times to discuss this problem. He got back to us once at the beggining to say that it wasn't his fault. After many other emails he never responded. The fact of the matter is that the roof didn't leak before he worked on it. He never indicated through a contract or verbally that this could happen. If we knew this we would not had the roof de-mossed. I am hoping he will respond to this.... If not we will see what a Judge thinks....

Conor and Santiago did a great job cleaning our roof, gutters and washing our windows. Before they came there was lots of communication about the time and date or the work. They were polite, hard working and kept a clean worksite. We will definitely hire Harrison's window washing again!
