I unfortunately work around the corner from this disaster of a Tim Horton's so I'm there all the time. If you go anytime after 9pm they won't have any warm food, keep you waiting at the window for a single coffee for 7 minutes when no one else is around, and are extremely slow. You'd think with a brand new renovated building they'd want to hire some staff that will actually keep it in business.

Very rude staff early in the morning , the lady was very sleepy when answered the drive through, they made a mistake with my coffee and when I corrected her mistake I heard her saying the f word.VERY RUDE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL. MANAGERS SHOULD HAVE A TALK WITH THIER STAFF.

I was a bit surprised by how slow things were going. Normally at Timmies I am in and out just like that. However, there seemed to be some sort of slow down as a lot of people had been waiting and then just left in a huff. Nevertheless, I got to front, ordered a couple of coffees and away I went, no problem. Not sure why others were having trouble as the servers were both active and friendly to customers. Could be some new training? Anyway, coffee was good and temperature was great.

Absolutely useless. Ordered a dozen muffins. Staff told me we only have 6, I said ok we’ll every other location I’ve visited will bake more and I wait the few minutes. Staff stated he didn’t want to. Won’t be back, and will no longer purchase a dozen a week. I will go back to purchasing them from the grocery store instead.

I really faced a bad experience today. I orders few drinks through the app and i couldnt add a tea bag to a drink. When I reached to collect the drinks. I asked about the issue of not able to add the tea bag. I was suggested to pay for the bag and get it through the counter. As, I was waiting in the counter for a long time. And when I spoke in the counter. The same person checked the system and not able to get me charged for the tea bag. And without paying for it they cant give me the teabag. And they didnt consider that and couldnt solve the issue. They instead said people are waiting behind so nothing can be done. I really request to solve the issue of adding or customising the drinks in the app so i can order it through the app and not waste my time in the counter waiting for the issue to be solved. I really lost around 15 mins waiting to just know nothing can be done.

The slowest drive thru in essex county. Almost made me late for work. Orders were lined up prepared for customers but I have no idea where the cashier was. I had to leave without getting my order or I was going to be late for work even though the order was sitting right there. Very frustrating. Punched in 2 minutes to and had to drive like a maniac. Unacceptable

The drive-thru is extremely slow. I mean it is so slow. It's not even normal!!!!You have to wait at the speaker for at least a minute or two before anyone's starts taking your order.They need to have better management at this location. It is a busy location. They need to move quickly. Let's get going!

I've been frequenting this location for some time now as my business is in the area. I've REALLY been trying to give the place the benefit of the doubt but I've had it. Did a mobile order today set it for pickup right away (sick to death of the lose-many-MANY-moments-of-your-life drive through!), went in, waited, counter attendant removed my items from their queue (make it look like I was served I suppose) and it wasn't until I asked nearly 5 minutes on whether they had the order. They said yes and I waited even more. Order comes up, 'Where's the wedges?' I ask, 'Oh- we don't have those right now.'. Not until I prompted was there even an offer of doing anything different. This kind of thing happens over and over at this location. *Not everyone that works there is bad! The general attitude is though.* I'm surprised with the long list of 1 star reviews here that more isn't being done for this location. Not for me anymore. Stay clear!

Updated July 2023 - quite the makeover at this location. The double drive-through has a cover, first one so far. They must be the test site for Windsor. People are consistently friendly. This time around, notice there are more resources focused on the drive-through and not at the in store service. Poor woman was trying to keep up with the walk-ins at 2:30 pm.
