Always a great place to shop for any of your large to small animal needs. The owners are always there with a smile and are incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. I do not like going anywhere else. Thank you Blair and Brenda for all you do for your customers, community and our 2 and 4 legged family members. Truly the best

Mistreated friends dogs, went to pick them up and they were drenched in their own pee and feces. Their food barley was touched, didn't even look like they were let out for walks. Will never recommend them!

We just moved into the area and needed a place for our cat to stay while we waited for the moving van. They picked her up from the airport and kept in contact until we could pick her up. Friendly service.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The groomers are true animal lovers and they made my dogs comfortable and happy.

When we go away these people take excellent care of my animals. They have a dog hairdresser there and she is fabulous. Love this place.

Although I didn't end up using their facility, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Explaining prices, plan of action, how I would go about having my pets taken care of or shipped. I would definitely end up using them in the future if I ever needed.

Amazing experience...went out of their way to pick up my dog which of they had not I would have lost him. Took care of him without full payment until I picked him up. Paid them accordingly. They deserved it!!!

My cat, Schroedinger, was diagnosed with diabetes. This means that he needs an insulin injection every 12 hours. I went away last weekend so I dropped him off at Tarramara Kennels who offered insulin injections as part of the kennel fee. I told them to give him 3 units of insulin every 12 hours. I had to go to Edmonton last week so I extended his kennel stay. On Tuesday I went to to drop off extra food and needles. Schroedinger was showing signs of insulin overdose. He wasn't able to support himself lying on his stomach; he just flopped over on his side. I phoned the vet. They recommended that I put honey on his gums and bring him in if he didn't recover. The kennel attendant suggested that we give him more insulin, which shows she had no idea. We got him to eat some canned catfood by holding it to his mouth and he seemed better. I rushed home to get honey and his blood glucose monitor. When I got back, he seemed better, but his blood glucose was 4.3, the lowest I've ever measured. I asked the attendant to show me how she medicated him. She indicated that she was giving him 15 units, 5 times the dose I asked for. The next day I spoke with the owner. He told me that he knew nothing about giving cats insulin and my dose request was not put in the paperwork. I gave him a couple of days to investigate and ask him how the mixup happened and how it would be avoided in the future. He said he had no idea what happened and he would make no changes to prevent it from happening again. Based on how much insulin they used, he must have had 15 units everyday. I can't take him back there.

Only good thing about that place is the groomer Judy. Other then that the place is a mess. Owners are rude, only concrete dog kennels (inside and out) makes it super hard on the dogs paws and tails. No green grass anywhere for the dogs to roam in. No daily interaction between human and dogs longer then maybe 2-5min. This place needs ALOOOOTTT of improvement.
