Traditional Motorcycles

These guys were very helpful and knowlegable. Enjoyed talking about all aspect of riding (mostly safety gear) and had lots of tips for a new rider. Check them out!

My buddy's wheel bearing went on his motorcycle and these people went out of their way to help us. When CAA wouldn't follow through with a tow they arranged for someone to tow us home. If I lived closer I would always deal with these people! Their customer service is second to none.

Great little shop, friendly accommodating staff. Took my Goldwing F6B for check up and oil change. As I live 20kms out of town Patricia accommodated me by working on my bike while I hung around town. This was really something for me as I had only been to big shops previously where they require the bike be left all day.Great job, and thank you guys!

It seems like their service has gone downhill in a hurry. Took my bike in on June 25. Parts were supposed to be in the following week. No word from them so by Tuesday July 10th I left them a voicemail to please call me with an update. They returned my call at 4pm on Friday July 13 saying that they have no record of the parts shipping and said she would update me as soon as possible. I called this morning for an update and received a call back within the hour saying that they were still looking into getting parts. So, I called a couple places myself for parts only to find out that Traditional Motorcycle had just called them TODAY looking for the same part. They have now had my bike for 3 weeks and 2 days and have given me way too many stories. There is something wrong there and they still have my bike!!! And, their website is down!

Took me almost a month to get my bike back, they billed me for stuff that they didn't do. And didn't even put the tires that I purchased back on my bike. I owned Michelin Tires somehow I have all stars

Excellent shop! Great service and all staff are friendly! Been a part of their business for over three years and they've helped me with all sorts of problems. I love their value and time they put into their business and their honesty towards their customers! Keep up the great work!
