I will never be using multi view again. Charged my credit card for a second time without consent for an issue that was THEIR fault. Terrible communication and customer service. I do not recommend using this company for your locates. Extremely disappointed.

Thanks to Jodi (Manager) and Wajahat(supervisor) for helping me at every point.worked with Multiview was a great start for me after arriving in Canada in this Pandemic time. As a trainee i've learned a lot about the locating process.Supervisor ( Wajahat) really has a great experience in this field and very helpful. Whenever I need any help he is always with me not while i worked with Multiview but even when i start working with the other company. The trainer has been patient and answers all the questions. As an employee i feel that this is a fun place to work. People are very welcoming, inclusive and responsive. We had been involved with MultiView for several years as they were the main marketing & web media services for a large association we belong to. Their customer service representatives are pushy to the point of harassment. Their target" marketing services have never met their mark and their knowledge of some of the industries the represent or support is very weak. Overall very disappointed with their approach and service."

Found two multiview workers working on an old bell box on our property (built into our building wall). We didn't receive any notice that they would be working on our property, and the two workers could not produce any ID or business card. Even worse, neither them or the person I got on the phone felt it was necessary to let us know.Lack of professionalism at best - disrespectful and dangerous at worst.[Updated June 30 after reply] - we are a business (warehouse), and while I understand that we live in a digital age, we still expect anyone on our property to be able to prove who they're working for, and the courtesy of notifying us when doing work on our property! I still never received a call back, would appreciate that.)

This is a great company - George and Huda are very supportive. I missed a few days and I thought I was in trouble. But they asked me instead if I need help and if everything is ok.

These people are not profesional at all. Called these Company to do the located at one of the job sites and they lost time of the three hours for a small area. We has to pay three hours for their service including the worker breakfast I guess. The report for the findings was poor and unprofessional. We claimed the wrongful payments charged but they did not bother to talk to us ( just an arrogant e-mail from the Company owner). We will never call this Company anymore and we will never recommend them.

Great area manager. Willing to go out to her employees for supplies. Great work atmosphere.

I enjoyed working at Multiview for over two years. The administration is very good and experienced field supervisor’s like Jason Hasted make it one of the best locating companies to work within GTA. He is very knowledgeable and is an expert in his field.

Working for many years for Fisher Environmental in the environmental field, it is very nice to know that there are locators like Wajahat Ali who are working not only for you , but also with you, and quickly responding to all your needs.
