Very strange, almost 10 people on duty. I spoke to cashier spoke and english and french they did not understand me.Strange encounter with cleaning staff to asked me 5 times not to use tables. Hard to do with 4 kids. Overall experience was pretty terrible.

Wow, first time in ages I ordered coffee and two quarters of a dozen donuts and didn't had to go plan b,c,d even leaving unsatisfied due to lack of just having base minimum as of biggest flour/sugared/caffeine pusher in Canada.Big clap of applause edging on ovation to this franchisee, especially to the competent staff.

As good as any Time Horton. Its one of that last restaurant/coffee shop that hadn't increase price because of inflation. Prices are still low. However service is bad because employees are very young and lack experience.

The service we received at this Tim Horton was the worst I have ever experienced in my 10 years living in Canada. Me and my family went on a weekend trip from Montréal to Ste Agathe and were having such a pleasant experience in this charming little town until an employee from this location refused to give us our order as we were not in a car. The restaurant was closed from the inside so we decided to go trough the drive through. This employee had our coffees already in hand and she threatened with calling the police and shot the window in our faces when we asked why we couldn’t get our order since we couldn’t buy from the inside. This was the 4th of September on a Sunday at about 11 am.

It is a helpful place when you want to have a quick refreshing time. I Also personally appreciate my positive experiences with their helpful staff members. With a very good accessibility for persons like me that needs to use the assistive devices in their daily activities.
