Wonderful place. The location itself is 4-5 stars but the incredible staff and service pushes this way up. Good deals and I feel like I learn something new about art every visit. Perfect for student needs. (Also grab their erasers and little notebooks, quite a steal of a deal!)

They have great selection of art materials and their regular sale really helped me to do more art works. I bought many Golden Acrylic paints when they have them on sale.I'm happy that they have hard find drawing sketch books in Canada.Highly recommended!

I live hours away from Toronto but still go out of my way to come to Above Ground when I visit. Solid selection of stuff you can't find anywhere else with very reasonable prices. I have ordered online and the shipping was really fast.

Nice place wish i had more time the day i was there lots and lots of art supplies. Not good if your a larger person like me as it is tight on space.
