New Sudbury Auto

I would highly highly not recommend bringing any vehicles to New Sudbury Auto on Second Ave. The owner was very rude to me on numerous of occasions. Thought he hung up the phone on me but it was still on. During this conversation told me to f off, said I was a complete idiot to his coworkers. This all happend after he accused me of messing up some of his work. My sunroof won't close. He said that I tried opening it but really would I be that ignorant to open it when I know that there is a problem....plus it's winter time. If you decide to bring any work to this guy just know the trouble your getting into! Very shady owners. He also left my car completed in his car lot for several extra hours so he can charge extra labour. Be safe out there men and woman, you work hard for your money.

If you are looking for excellent diagnostic work, quality replacement parts and repairs that last, this is the place to go. I'm very happy with the work they've done on my car and highly recommend dealing with Marco at New Sudbury Auto.

I have been going to this shop for approximately 3 years now and have been treated with respect and honesty! I have recommended my family and coworkers to him and they all are so impressed with the work they do and on time! When I unexpectedly had to go out of town he was able to attend to the issues I had quickly. Very reasonably priced, I won't go anywhere else!

I have always had a great experience bringing my car here. The owner is always wuick to get my vehicle fixed and does not overcharge like so many other shops. Its nice having an owner actually care about its customers. I highly recommend New Sudbury Auto!

We have used this business 4 times now. Everytime they were friendly, could get us in within the week, and I was even told I might get a better deal somewhere else for snow tires!! Now that is honest!My father is from out of town and had issues with his vehicle so brought it to this business and he also had nothing but a positive review!We have been to many in the city but this one above all else is my choice!

FANTASTIC SERVICE! I brought my car in and I was completely floored by this establishment. The owner was extremely kind, very informative and offered me a fair price . Fixed my problems right up and didn't try to sell me stuff I felt that I didn't need. VERY honest individual with a hard working staff doing quality work . You will NOT get ripped off here . This place is a real gem and I'm glad I found it!

These guys are awesome! Always willing to help and very reasonably priced. I have never had to bring my vehicle back with issues after they fixed it. I highly recommend them.

We had to have a block heater installed and this gentleman was able to squeeze us in pretty quickly. We'd have been SOL for a vehicle for a week. The work was done well and quickly and at the exact quoted price. Gotta say I'm very pleased with my experience and would gladly give him my future business.

The work that was completed on my suv was done well, however the communication from the owner was very poor.I called a week and a half before he was able to get me in.I brought my car in at 8am and received an update at 11am letting me know the repairs would be done soon and he'd call me in a few hours.The next day I had to call them in the afternoon to recieve an update after I never heard from him and was able to pick up my car at 2pm, over 30 hours of them having it in their shop. (The job was 3 hours long according to the receipt)Told me a price over the phone and it ended up being a lot more expensive when the work was done.
