They were a reliable service and on time despite an icy 3 hr trip one way! The Driver was a kind gentleman who was overtly accommodating in addition to getting my mother to the airport early! I highly recommend!

We landed in Edmonton and it was -25 outside. We requested that the 2 car seats be properly installed. When we got picked up the car seats were NOT installed and the driver said “it was fine as is”. Clearly they do not care about the safety of children. The driver seemed also annoyed with us making a big deal about the safely of our children.My husband and I had to install the car seats properly so they were secured. Good thing, as soon as we left the airport there was 2 cars in the ditch. Not the time for a company to be complacent.

Booked a ride and received the confirmation only to learn at the time of pick up they were unreliable. No text message, no phone call, no email. At the scheduled time of pick up I received a refund. Terrible company, would not recommend.

The booking process was exceptionally simple and we were confirmed immediately. The day of the tour, Paul arrived a bit earlier than the scheduled 9:30 pickup; but that was no problem, the front desk contacted us...we came down and there he was smiling and waiting for us. We hopped in the extremely comfortable SUV and great service spot free clean vehicle ...... Good Job!! Edmonton Limos

I can't say enough good things about this company. My flights were rerouted, delayed, and generally screwy. When I arrived at Edmonton airport the driver was waiting for me in a lively, well maintained automobile and it was 1:40 am. He was courteous, an excellent driver and got me to my hotel in good time. So glad I found them.
