I don't know who hire that asian store assistant manager, but definitely worst customer service, I bought something from UBER eats and it was available on UBER eats, he freaking yell at me and said it was not available anymore, for less than an hour? Ok, then I want to cancel this order and get my coupon back, he throw item to me and said it was mine and I suppose to deliver... Im not a ubereats driver, I just chose the store pick up option. Even Im a ubereats driver, should I be bullied?Whoever is at upper level management team need to investigate this and watch your video footage. Your security cam is not only for security, work on it.

If I can give it 0 I would. The staff were idling and not helping people. When you go to them, they see you not as customers but annoying bugs, wave you off and resume whatever the hack they were doing(mostly chatting with peers).

they don’t let you return damaged products even if you have credit card online payment proof and they barely have any staff around to help they say they don’t record card payment

Their pharmacy team is really good here. They take the time to explain how to use medications and they fill prescriptions quickly. I have had a great experience getting my prescriptions filled here both dropping off in-person or sending prescriptions here using the Be Well app.I’ve also overheard how they manage appointments for COVID-19 shots and they are always professional and kind even with customers who may be apprehensive about getting their jab. Good job!

Again im back in this store after w months.. i again had my favorite scent of bulgari. Thanks for Ms Icy for assisting me.. such a wonderful lady, she gave me some give aways..

Very rude, disrespectful, and aggressive staff members, I wasn’t able to find some medicine and asked for help, nobody helped on the side they are being very rude saying you have eyes figure it out by your self.Welcome to Rexall.

Honestly didn't expect such good service but my wife came in here to find perfume and didn't know which scent suited her. This kind Chinese woman named Idy or ivy was superb and so kind. she gave so much advice to her and was very patient. We need more people like her in the store.

I’m unsure why the security guard was having a bad day but he was.Made the whole visit uncomfortable for myself and my partner.I have had bad experiences blackbird security at other store and this continues to be a trend. I hope hiring stores take note of this, and review the impact of profiling on minority groups.
