Going with Calin Stone and their professional contractor team for our driveway interlocking turned out to be a great decision! The in-house designer was extremely helpful during the designing/measuring/drawing stages. Stones were top notch quality for a fair price. Contractor team was very efficient and has done a fantastic job. Whole process from start to finish took only 2 weeks!Highly recommended.

This is a very bad place ，poor service , such a place should close down early, rather than still exist, even a star I do not want to give.

The product I got from Calin for interlocking is great. I have used new driveway for half a year. Every single piece stay solid, no cracking, no any sign of wear. I am very happy that I purchased from Calin

Oh my goodness... this had been the WORST experience ever. The employees there are not only rude to customers, but they are verbally and physically ABUSIVE, extremely disrespectful and loud, towards their own customers. Today, I witnessed a young male employee (probably in his mid-thirties) shouting being aggressive and harassing two elderly customers. Next thing, I saw two young employees lashing out together at the elderly couple, trying to instigate a physical fight. I was so scared that I almost called 911 and fled the site afterwards. I don't usually write reviews but I am in shock and appalled by such behaviour. My heart goes out to the elderly couple because no one deserves to be treated that way. And for anyone who supports this business, you are enabling such ill-behaviour to happen.What kind of department in Canada deals with these unethical businesses? I plan on making a report......Absolutely RIDICULOUS....

The rating for his company should be -minus stars, minus 5 stars. Their front desk has no idea what respect means. Totally unprofessional and extremely rude when answering questions.You won't find any service worse than this.....Absolutely RIDICULOUS....

STAY AWAY!The gentleman in the helpdesk is very disrespectful. He has a slang and when it is difficult to understand on phone and when I request him to spell it out for me, he is very disrespectful.I really dont know how they can speak with customers.He made so much fuss that he talks only to contractors and will not talk to homeowners.WORST SERVICE.. VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL.I cant imagine even before I place an order that someone can speak with me on phone like this. And what sort of service will they provide when I place an order. GOOD RIDDENCE!

I knew nothing about interlocking and how to calculate the square footage. Elise patiently assisted me during my three visits in a rowand took his time to explain. I finally pulled the trigger and ordered the materials. The manager was very nice, helpful andunderstanding as well. I have good words to say about another staff member, working on forklift in the stone yard. He helped me to choose a stone to match my existing one. This wasn't easy. But he did it. And the materials were delivered to my place thenext day, placed neatly on the grass. Overall an amazing experience, thanks guys!

A very good all-round vendor. We DIYed our patio this summer, and purchased all the materials from them. Their employees have answered many questions and provided us lots of suggestions. The price is competitive as well. Highly recommend. PS: Their employees are mostly Chinese, but could speak English as well.

The customer service is the worst. We ordered items and they guaranteed that it was going to be delivered the same day but it never arrived. The next day we called to ask them what time it is going to be delivered at and they cut your phone with no response! We called once more and they declined before answering! I had to ask my friend to call on my behalf only for them to reply with “we don’t know” and they cut the phone again. Even at their office, they were playing smart phone games on their phone without offering their complete attention to our needs. Additionally, they gave the wrong item order and we had to sort out our problems on our own. Needless to say, my experience with them was extremely frustrating. They are very rude and not respectful to their client base. They a gave the wrong item to order and the ones that were Forrest were damaged! Very unprofessional and incompetent to say the least. STAY AS FAR AWAY as possible and steer clear from Calin Stone Ltd. on Kennedy Road.
