Taylor did an awesome job on my hair! I used to go to an expensive salon and always had the “master” stylist cut my hair and honestly- this was far better! Also very kind, professional service. Would return and would recommend! (Nice modern, clean salon too!)

I have super sensitive skin and had never done this before so I asked the manager all my questions because I was nervous. She was super nice and helpful. I booked a brow tinting and lash tinting appointment with Grace and she was wonderful! A super lovely person, she was gentle, quick and walked me through what she did. My brows and lashes came out exactly how I wanted them and I'm so happy I got it done

I had a really great experience at the hair studio! The atmosphere is very calm and serene and I liked that it did not feel hectic at all. I had Kim who was an excellent hairdresser and really listened to what I wanted. But honestly, anyone you choose will be great as they all seemed to be a doing a wonderful job on their clients!

I've been to this salon twice since they opened and both times I had a great experience. I was excited to know that a NEW salon was opening only 5 mins away from my house! I booked an appointment online with Taylor for a haircut. Mind you, I have long thick hair so I was going into my appointment blindly putting my trust in Taylor's hands. I am very picky when it comes to how much to cut off" but Taylor listened to exactly what I wanted. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I was happy with the length before cutting it. I left the salon feeling really happy and confident!Three months later

I emailed Chantelle to book a hair apt explaining that I have grays to cover and want something low maintenance. She emailed back two days later and said that her stylists were fully booked for 3 weeks but she could definitely get me in for a consultation apt. I responded and said that sounded great and to please book me in for an apt in 3 weeks time (as I’m 30 weeks pregnant and wanted my hair done before baby). However, I never heard back! Very disappointed to say the least. I booked somewhere else as I wasn’t impressed with the customer service at all.
