Great place to rent for a semi large gathering. Decorated for Christmas. Well kept. We had about 50people (about 15 of those were under age 14) so lots of room for everyone. Small kitchen that is minimally stocked so be sure to bring your own pots, pans and serving utensils. But there is good counter space, oven, fridge , sinks and microwave. Only $150 ish for the day.
