I adopted the most wonderful cat from them. Her name when I adopted her was Ebony. She was and is a Senior. I couldn't love her more. She's sweet and patient. She's a head butter. I named her Squeak because when she opens her mouth to meow only a squeak comes out.

The staff at Markham Cat Adoption & Education Centre helped us with our newest addition to our family, which I am so grateful for. Jessica, in particular, was very helpful in answering all of our questions. We had the chance to spend some time with the cat in the closed off area before we made up our minds. The adoption process was very simple and straightforward. I would definitely recommend this place!

The Markham adoption centre is a welcoming and warm place filled with beautiful cats waiting to meet loving owners and join a forever home. The staff and volunteers are friendly, helpful, ready to answer any questions and share their knowledge into the caring of cats. A space deemed the Cat Corner" is where you spend time bonding with the cat you plan to adopt. Check it out for yourself and I am certain one will sink its claws into your heart."

The staff were first rate and friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with them. Two weeks ago we adopted two cats (we named Nero and Archie) from them, and we have posted three photos clearly showing both their impishness and how completely comfortable they are today ... er, the cats, I mean, not the staff!

Nice place for a quiet coffee and a treat. Very friendly with a charming cat theme. Despite erroneous reports, the place DOES NOT HAVE LIVE CATS. (This is not from false advertising but from a poorly researched online article.)

I work near this facility and talk to the kitty cats through the door almost every day as you need an appointment to get in. People must think I am nuts but I don't care because cats are the best.

For our needs it was good. We had overnight layovers in Vancouver. They have a free shuttle that runs until midnight. Our return flight was later than that so we had to take a cab which upon presenting the receipt to reception they paid for. Also a very good free breakfast in the morning. Like I said for our needs it was great. Clean rooms close to the airport.
