Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Have a good selection of items and music. My kids love their music teachers and want to come to their lessons. Bought 2 ukuleles and an electric guitar and amp. Quality instruments and have done good repairs on one of the ukuleles for me.

Great service. I accidentaly ordered the wrong keyboard which I realized after recieving the shipped product but Gino helped me out and reimbursed my money according to their return policy with no issue within 3 days.

Advertises prices they wont honor and products that aren't in stock to get you in the store to try a bait and switch with a deal" on a product nobody should buy (line 6 spider for example). Coupled with no returns

I sold an old guitar and subsequently bought a new guitar at this location. This is a great store with outstanding customer service. They will take the time to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for. For example while shopping for my new guitar, they set me up with an amp in a back room and let me try multiple guitars until I found one that gave me the tone I was looking for. Highly recommended!

Great sounding and looking guitar. Super fast delivery form Ottawa to Aurora where I live. There was only a loose nut on one of the capstans which made a bit noise when playing. I opened the strings and it was an easy fix for me, but I don' think average and inexperienced user can do it. So please pay more attention to details for even a better costumer service.

Great store. I usually get small things (like strings and picks etc.). They have a variety of things related to music (lessons, books, instruments, and even some vinyl). The prices are good for various instruments (particularly for those just starting their musical journey). Also, I found out, youtube videos on various subjects. The owner has been very helpful to me, in getting various guitar parts.Thanks again, Gino.

Friendly service and will be updating review once my order arrives.Got delivered in great condition, only problem is it isn't what I ordered. Same price point and still a beautiful instrument.
