Picked up a Mazda from them a couple of weeks ago and want to share my experience. The people themselves were nice and pleasant, answered any questions that we had and put our mind at ease with not being able to bring it to our mechanic before purchase. He said the cars go through a whatever point check before, get detailed, and if there were any issues they would be responsible. The car had a minor crack in the front bumper, which was listed as mazda certified repaired (which we were fine with), came with winter tires (which we did not see before purchase).So we brought it to our mechanic after purchase (who we have been seeing for years and trust completely). First thing was the oil was overfilled, and the air filter was nasty (like mold nasty). Not sure how they missed that with their 'whatever point' inspection. We thought it silly to bring it back for that, so just did an oil change and replaced filter. Second the winter tires were basically bald (like could see patches with no tread). Third the front bumper wasn't installed properly. Mechanic said that it was actually a big fix, and to see if they could put it back on properly (not sure how it wasn't on properly with it being mazda certified fixed, but i digress).So, we called them about the tires and the bumper. They said we should get a second opinion on the tires (like, no, even i could see the tread was warn out) and that we knew about the bumper when we bought it. Yes, we knew about the crack, we did not know it wasn't installed properly. So they basically blew us off and didn't take any responsibility for it.Which leads me to think that they didn't do any of the checks, and it wasn't mazda repaired. Sounds like they just bought it at auction and sold as is. Luckily the mechanic said the car is good otherwise, so we are happy with that.I'm giving them two stars ONLY because they were nice (at least at face value) and the car is decent. However, their lack of accountability, basically lying about thier whatever" point inspection (ie oil filter and overfilled oil) means I wouldn't go back

Recently had the pleasure of Purchasing a used vehicle from Capital Auto Center. I have never been treated with care and respect before, especially in a dealership!Usually people are worried about going into a dealership because they are afraid of being mislead. I spoke directly with Mahmoud, who walked me through different finances options and really listened to what i needed.They have a wide variety of inventory so it was really easy to find the right fit for me.If you are looking for a place to buy a car you need to check this place out!!

This is probably the worst car I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I don’t know if it is because I am a young girl and they knew I don’t know much about cars but this car has left me stranded on multiple occasions they said they replaced the battery which they didn’t I had to get one myself, at first it was safetied wrong somehow some way at first as stuff was missed for the safety, all they did was try to get it off the lot after it passed the safety . After that, my Cadillac converters needed to be replaced, my spark plugs, shocks and more adding up to over 4000 dollars. I have a great mechanic who thinks they sold me the car knowing it had issues. It dies randomly, stalls while I’m driving and I have been terrified to drive it because I don’t feel safe. There’s been hundreds of dollars spent on it after I got it. I can’t even have passengers in it because they have witnessed it stall and die randomly and they are genuinely scared. To this day I have gotten it checked by a mechanic and nobody know why all these issues keep happening. I can’t afford to get another car and keep bringing it to a mechanic these people asked me to leave a review so here it is. Now I have to sell my car for parts because it’s not fixable so thanks a lot

Five star service! Would have left 10 stars if Google let us. Absolutely incredible customer service. Moe and all the staff went above and beyond to help me find my next vehicle, all vehicles are super well maintained and he's always honest. Never rushed me, offered more than fair negotiation and all in all an amazing experience at Capital Auto Center. Would highly recommend.

Be aware before you buy a vehicle make sure your given car Fax about the vehicle I did not get one for this vehicle it was a lemon broke down every two weeks for 7 months poor 17 year old daughter left stranded on country road every two weeks ,This is not good for business, got more promises the safety was done and still didn't pass from another garage ,they promised compensation only if I buy another car so beware of the the promises I would drive by this auto centre I lost $ 9000 on promises. Any questions about used car dealer call Onvic and better business Bureau . Totally took advantage and broken promises. I hot great service and a better vehicle a new dealer coverage not tail light coverage which means once you don't see the tail lights your coverage is not valid .So do your homework before you get the same broken promises. The car I bought my daughter is no longer running thanks Capital auto centre you will not be forgotten but I will warn future client's.

For a person like me who was afraid of trade in, this place not only provided the best value to my trade-in but was extremely professional through entire process. If it’s your first car or trade-in this place can be highly trusted with it. Just meet Moe and I am confident you will get beyond expected.

Great experience! I purchased my Subaru from this dealership a few months ago and it’s been an absolute joy to drive. The guys over there were also very friendly and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process.
