Great service, highly recommend. We needed someone to babysit our kids in downtown Toronto and Anita was able to help us out. The process was very smooth, and the service we received was exceptional. Will definitely recommend to anyone we know in the future!

We came into Toronto from the states for a wedding with our 2.5 year old and decided that he would be tough to bring to a wedding. I contacted our hotel and they recommended Anita. I was pretty anxious as our little has anxiety being away from us and I didn't know how he would do but I had no reason at all to worry. Anita was the absolute best care for him. She brought tons of toys for him to play with in the hotel room and kept him happy and occupied before putting him to bed for us that evening. I was so impressed and I'm so glad we made the decision to use Anita - what a wonderful treat for us to enjoy a night out worry free. Thank you Anita!!

Anita was so professional and accomodated all our needs. Allison was amazing. She was so wonderful with our 2 and a half year old and also offered great recommendations for restaurants and activities. She was very flexible and so kind! She came with activities and she and my daughter bonded instantly! I knew all would be well when she looked at us and said bye bye mommy and daddy" with a smile! I would book them again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you for making our trip so special!!"

I was in Toronto for a conference and thought I could find childcare online, but it didn’t work out. With less than 24 hours notice, Imagine That Family Care was able to send Anita to our hotel room. She was super friendly, seemed very comfortable, and just overall AMAZING!! She brought so many activities and toys and provided lots of pictures/videos from their time together. She even reported that my child did not use any screens the entire 4 and a half hours I was gone. Such a gem. They really came through for me in a big way.

I was initially scared leaving our baby with someone we haven't met before. We had a work related event to attend and Anita has been absolutely amazing! She kept sending us videos and photos to appease while I am away from my baby. She was also transparent when my baby needed us which only happened once the entire 4 days she helped us. Our baby usually cries with other people but she was easily became comfortable with Anita! I would not hesitate at all recommending her and her company! Anita is so professional and caring. She knows exactly what she is doing and took very good care of our baby.

Upon arrival, Janice greeted us with a warm and comforting energy that immediately put our child at ease. It was evident from the start that we had found a perfect match. Janice arrived with a suitcase filled with engaging games, toys, and activities, all accompanied by an amazing attitude.Knowing our child was in capable hands, we were able to enjoy a leisurely meal with peace of mind. We felt a deep sense of relief, knowing that our child was safe and well cared for. When we returned, we found our little one well-fed and peacefully asleep. According to Janice, they had a fantastic time playing together.Throughout the entire process, we were consistently impressed by the level of care and attention provided. Every stage, from the initial matching to the babysitting experience itself, was handled with utmost professionalism and dedication. Anita and her team of educators were fantastic. They watched our two children, age 3 and 1, along with our friend's one-year-old, at our hotel and came with lots of toys and activities to keep them busy over the course of 6 days, including small tables for meal time and a magical tool that projects book on the ceiling for sleep time. They were very flexible and adaptable to our needs. We were very impressed and would 100% recommend.

Can I give them 6 stars???? We've had Anita come over to watch our 3-year old a handful of times, and I've just been blown away by the flexibility, timeliness, and overall quality of care. Every time she comes over she brings lots of activities that are stimulating and enriching, and she takes a keen interest in interacting and engaging with our child, through conversation, which I greatly appreciate. Would recommend them a thousand times over.

Imagine That has been nothing short of a life saver when we needed last-minute child care during the work week. Anita came prepared with educational, age-appropriate toys and kept our active toddler happily entertained for the day, allowing us to maintain a productive work day.
