Had a good experience. It was easy to find them online. Easy to search for the items I needed. Had many options to chose from as well. My orderwas shipped quickly. There was an issue which was easily and quickly resolved. I didn't have any difficulty reaching them and the woman who answered my call was very friendly and resolved the issue very quickly. Also got a yummy DQ gift card in the mail from them. Will be my go too for supplies from now on!

I have been using Paul Figurelli for the last few years to do my physiotherapy equipment checks. He has been very accommodating in that it is a full day trip to Vancouver to get this done and he has made time for me so it doesn't take much time out of my day down there. As well, this year I had an issue with one of my machines which was under warranty. I had not bought it through Clinic Supplies and yet Paul supported me by directly talking to the equipment company itself to get it replaced, since I wasn't getting the support from the dealer who sold it to me!!! It was a fault in the machine and the company is replacing this machine for me, no problem once Paul talked with them.I highly recommend Paul. Thank you Paul!

Excellent customer service. I ordered a thumb splint based on the site description. It didn't fit and they promptly gave me a refund with a smile. Furthermore, they offered to give me additional free shipping for items spent under $250 (usually it must go over). What a great initial experience from a company that wants my business.

Pros: Really nice on the phone - alwasy promise to return my call in a few hours when they have more information.Cons: Never actually return the call.... We ordered a pregnancy pillow for massage and did not receive it until several phone calls and 6 months later. Similar experience with a recent electric massage table order.I'm assuming the response will be copy and pasted the same as 3 others I've read....Hello _____

We have had exceptional customer service when ordering through Clinic Supplies Canada. They are always quick and efficient with getting back to you with quotes, estimations on delivery and much more. Everything we have had delivered has been exactly what we had expected and we have been very impressed with the product.Had the help from a sales this morning named Hane (Apologies if that is spelt incorrectly) and was once again blown away with how quick we were able to sort a last minute order out. I ordered a back brace and believe me it is well worth the money. I have read some comments complaining about price, but think about it, you get what you pay for. I have had a few different back braces and I would never trade this one for anything. Well worth the money, great customer service. Easy to navigate the site and products.
