I had a poor experience recently. I purchased a hot water tank for my brother, it was damaged. I took several photos and followed up with the sales rep, he expressed disappointment but never offered a solution. He escalated it to his manager but they never got back to me. I would try some of the other local suppliers before this location. I gave them three stars because my sales rep was friendly and helpful with my initial order.

Terrible customer service. I gave up on this branch years ago but today I decided I would try one more time. I stood in line for 15 minutes without one of the 3 people ahead of me having their order completed. The reason is that there is only ONE person working the counter. And that same person has to walk the entire warehouse picking each order. This is just another feather in the hat of the horrendous management decisions made here. Don't come here if you have any hope of being somewhere else at any predetermined time.

We overpriced $42 for two packs ball valves half inch I can buy them cheaper at Home Depot ask for a price adjustment Donna said he wasn’t able to because of the new system sounds like he’s lying through his teeth don’t shop here they’re a joke
