Swiss Chalet
Came here for the first time with my picky eater daughter and she was so well taken care of by Janice. She was patience by taking time to making a great experience for myself and my daughter. Such an awesome family oriented atmosphere. Staff was pleasant they passed you with a smile and my server Janice was prompt and efficient.Thank you Janice for an awesome evening your service was the icing on our meal and service expected.

Location: Hurontario & EglintonUpdate Jan 23, 2023: I received an initial call from customer care 2 wks ago when I first posted the review below. They were looking into something and promised to call back within a day or two. I didn't hear from them so I followed up with customer care again last wk and once again, was promised they would get back to me. Still haven't heard from them. What has happened with this company???? Food quality and customer service no longer exist. I guess that's what happens when you sell your franchise to just anyone.*********Horrified with the chicken sandwich which was 75% raw inside. Complained to management who had little to say (other than the chicken was too frozen when it was cooked). Doesn't this place have quality control? How about a meat thermometer? My family and I will NEVER eat at this location again.Ps. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful.

I visit this swiss chalet location every weekend for dinner with my family. I really love this place. It feels like home. The servers are very friendly and amiable. They have a great service at dining. The food always tastes fresh and delicious. I would recommend everyone to visit and try this restaurant at-least once. Nagham was my server, she is the best!!

It's Swiss Chalet, and quite consistent with what you'd expect so I won't get into the details of how good the food is since it's fairly standard. I will say the service here is excellent, and if anything, indulgent with children! (meant to be taken as a compliment). As always, many thanks to Janice!

Food is great, ambiance was nice, service is excellent, comfort room is okay overall experience is two thumbs up. We will go back again for sure.

Its a small mall setting.... very high ceilings and not homey comfortable.... but made up for it with the service.... great waitress.... they brought the garlic loaf back, but it's half the size.... and the back ribs were tiny too.

I recently visited Swiss Chalet and was delighted with my experience. I opted for a simple meal consisting of a hamburger with cheese, fries, and a drink. The food was hot and fresh when it arrived, and the portion sizes were more than enough to satisfy my hunger. The burger was juicy and flavorful, topped off with melted cheese that made each bite extra delicious. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, and they paired well with my refreshing beverage.However, what really stood out to me was the impeccable service by my host Emily. She was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. Emily ensured that my dining experience was pleasant, and she was always available to address any concerns or requests that I had.In summary, I highly recommend Swiss Chalet for anyone looking for a delicious meal and outstanding service. Their menu has something for everyone, and you'll definitely enjoy your time there. I will surely be returning soon for another satisfying meal.

I went to Swiss Chalet at Hurontario and Eglinton because my children ordered Swiss Chalet for lunch yesterday and they liked it. When I entered, the lady smirked because she was all leaving the counter when I came. I was ordering, she was looking away and a with a dead voice said No

Swiss Chalet
Swiss Chalet was the first restaurant me and my family visited on our stay here in the GTA- Greater Toronto Area and it was a great welcome to restaurants in Canada. I mean we can’t get this back home so it was a welcome dinner especially with a side of Poutine. The service could of been better.. took too long to help us and it felt a lil unorganized considering it wasn’t busy.
