Quick to answer their messages, good schedule, I’m very pleased with this service. Detail oriented and thorough. The fact that we have a dog in the house during the cleaning wasn’t an issue is an added bonus. I highly recommend.

Not only was booking and details amazing, the girls who came in and cleaned my house were AMAZING. My house has never, ever looked so clean, sparkling, and shining after a cleaning service. Hired Splendid Cleaning a few weeks ago. Gave me a quote on the spot and booked first appointment right away. Provided me with flexibility for my next upcoming service due to a schedule problem on my end. Reasonable prices! Crew showed up early and were professional and pleasant. I hired Splendid Cleaning to do a deep clean on my home before my closing date. They were very professional, punctual and thorough. It was easy to communicate and set up a time for the cleaning and I believe the price was fair for what services were requested. I would definitely recommend Splendid Cleaning.

Had a copacetic and agreeable estimate whereby i'd stated i was flexibly available anytime that or the coming week, and then the following week back-to-back initially , then expectedly starting monthly service in advance of company coming from out of town starting the third week from the estimate date and anticipated prior to their arrival.No show, no calls (not even a courtesy call) from Splendid Cleaning in the first 2 weeks from estimate. No courtesy call or any explanation to date. (now just over 2 months from estimate) and have been unable to connect when i call.Goes without saying that in 2 months time elapsed to date, expectedly a monthly service, and without any communication in that time, that this company is unable to handle a single new client.

Splendid cleaning comes to our house by weekly and I am never disappointed. When we have special requests, they go out of their way to get them done. I highly recommend splendid cleaning!

Roch is very pleasant to work with right from the start making the bookings very easy. His team of employees are super wonderful and doing an excellent job every time they come. They pay attention to details and ensure everything is done before leaving. They are dedicated to make sure you are a happy client. They bring all of the product and equipment which is a real bonus. I hired this company to provide a deep clean of my home for my wife who recently had my baby girl. I figured the less she had to worry about the better...turns out I had the right idea but with the wrong company.Our initial date was rescheduled last minute due to the company being understaffed. The company's excuse was they didn't want to do a rushed and poor job. Which is funny because that's exactly what they did. The first woman arrived unprepared and immediately complained about being misinformed about it being a deep cleaning. Mirrors were left uncleaned, floors were left visibly dirty and unwashed, blinds and surfaces were left dusty and untouched, one of our bedroom beds wasn't made, etc. On top of that the workers left early.Splendid Cleaning refused to return to my home to finish the job.If I could rate 0 stars I would. Learn from me or see for yourself. This company is very inadequate.
