Fred and his crew are professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They did some work on laying down ties as walls on our driveway. The price was reasonable and we're happy with the result.

We are thrilled with the work Sutherland Landscaping did. We had an existing brick pad replaced and the existing pergola reinforced. Fred and his team also laid a second backyard brick patio as well as set-in stepping stone pathways to each area. Excellent craftsmanship and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend Sutherland’s.

2022 Update:Within a day of hearing of the problem below, Fred contacted me and then came out to take a look at the issue. Some of the problem was due to a mole getting into the garden after Fred had completed the work and making one heck of a mess. Some was because of a few bulbs and roots that had escaped Fred's careful eye.Regardless, Fred went to work and fixed the problem, promptly! Fred also came up with a solution to prevent further weeds from appearing next year. The smile is back on my face!!1 yr. later and I am not as pleased with the work Fred did. I was clear that makeover was to produce a low maintenance garden, yet despite laying lots of landscape fabric down, before putting down the river rock, there are weeds popping up all over. Doesn't look quite so fantastic any more.Fred & his crew re-did our front garden beds & replaced an old retaining wall. When Fred did the estimate, his quote was accurate, his suggestions helpful and his price was reasonable.Now that the job is done, all I can say is WOW. It looks fantastic. Just love it! Lots of compliments from the neighbors & friends. What a difference!
