Vibrations Om (Yoga, Massage, Bonheur)

I have visited here five times for massages with Agatha and Ayurvedic consultations with Bhagyashree.Agatha led me to more mindful wealth with her helpful advice. Of course, her massage is so professional and passionate! I could feel her powerful energy for her clients. My lymphatic system circulated well with her massages, and my mind also became positive. As I wanted to know and understand more about myself, she recommended meeting a naturopath, Bhagyashree.Bhagyashree asked many questions to know what type of person I am based on Ayurvedic body types. She suggested to me what food is good for my digestion and lifestyle. I tried her suggestions for over a month, and I feel my stomach is comfortable. It's not a one-time solution, but a journey together. After many conversations, she and I practiced what was best for me, and she adjusted if there was something I didn't like or I felt uncomfortable. She has many solutions to keep me on track.I am happy to meet those two wonderful women in my neighborhood!

Went today for the 1st time ....booked yesterday online, took a flyer on who the masseuse could be.....I had no referral to go by. Helene was assigned to me and wow, I will be back and be booking with Helene....see you soon thanks for your great care.... she really puts full effort into her massages

Hélène is great! She starts the session with a few questions that will help her determine the best option of massage for you. Then she explains how she would like to proceed and asks for your consent at every step of the way. Then your massage begins and goes exactly the way she described it. The massage itself is amazing and allows me, an anxious mess, to feel relaxed and calm. I highly recommend her! :)

I started going to Vibrations Om on December last year, and so far I have experienced nothing but great massages!I just finished my 10th massage (maybe more I lost count) with Milena Sonnes! She is Amazing! Her technique is good, very skilled, and on point for what needs to be done when I explain my situation.The place is good, clean, calm, with relaxing music and lighting! Highly recommended!

I’ve been coming to this place since May. The ambiance and staff are absolutely fantastic. Helene is AMAZING at what she does. Her chakra massage had me feeling completely rejuvenated. Thanks again. Fantastic Thai massage combining muscle work and stretching. First time at this location though I have been to their place in Pointe Claire on several occasions over the years. They really are my go to place(s) for massages and never disappoint!

I went probably 5 times so far, for relaxing massages, had 3 different person take care of me so far: Megan, Milena and Isabelle, and every single time I was delighted. They're true professional who know what they are doing and I can tell they like what they're going, it's not just a job. Amazing team, will keep going.

This place is amazing. Therapists are very efficient, services are amazing. I had multiple appointments with Agatha (lymphatic massage) and with Bhagya (naturopathy) and I had a very good experience every time.

I went to Vibrations Om for the first time today and had an absolutely amazing experience! I have been struggling with a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and I walked out of there feeling like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Helene was absolutely fantastic and made sure I was feeling comfortable the entire time. I blinked and the hour had passed! I plan on going back time and time again!
