Horrible! 2nd time in a month ordering a London Fog. 1st time, they were not selling because they did not know what it was. 2nd time 3x people had no clue they sold it - had no idea how to punch into cash - had no idea how to make it! Pointed it out on menu - they asked me what’s in it!!!Just terrible in a busy location….

Night shift personel is extremely slow and uncooperative. Donut selection past 7pm is horrible as they don't restock after supper.I suggest going during the day for the best services/stock.

Always missing items. Never enough staff and all the employees suffer the consequences and it explains all the errors. They should pay a livable salary and change their approach and the constant timing for each order. There is too much stress in the environment for first time adolescent half time workers!! Ridiculous

Asked for a Kit Kat donut and it was stail, hardly any Carmel in it, told them about it they replaced it and the second one was even worse. Also the Baker that places the icing on the donuts doesn't use gloves will not be going to that one again OMG not a good practice to work in there without gloves

Slow service and very few things were in stock. Would recommend passing at the drive through if you dont want to wait all night at the counter. This city has some of the worst Tims I have ever visited.

This is one of the first Tim's when you get into Canada from the USA at Lacolle Crossing. It is very clean and the employees are very helpful and friendly. For some reason they do not accept Amex so bring another card with you.
