I am 60 years old but I studied ece at three colleges . Being oriental , straight , it has been a struggle to even get an eca when I have three years of ECE training and college gpa 3.8 . I have waited for the ECE program for more than one year and no listings for the fall programs . Marlene has been a great contact but I guess there's no budget for retraining . All this. Sunny days bs by Justin has not trickled into course funding . I support a PhD student in my ow savings .

They have so many programs that they can keep up with any of them. Never got the support I needed even after reaching out twice. I wouldn't recommend them, try a different agency.

I signed up for a Hospitality Training and Certificate upgrade with an LEF facilitator taught program. The entire time I attended the class and well afterward my specific client needs were looked after with the most of care. They even got me a job as an essential worker during the peak of a COVID19 crisis in Toronto as I await more tourism and hospitality to return to the city after national lock down. THANK YOU CARMEN, DANIELLE AND OMER, you are a constant support and much appreciated personalities. Highly Recommended

I am really not sure how this place has 5 star reviews and wish there would be more honest reviews for people like myself who chose this place because of the good reviews. My child would come home with snot on his face, dirt all over his clothes. They said that they would help to support him during potty training but they would send him home in diapers and not even send home his soiled clothes for a couple days until I had to call the director and let her know what was going on. She was helpful however they continued to send him home with his soiled clothes from the day before and not from the same day so his clothes would be sitting in a bag in urine for 2 days at a time. They would also send him home with clothes that were not even his.They would only update the daycare app once a week which is really not helpful considering during covid we can’t go inside to pick up our children and get daily updates. They also said due to covid they need to have the kids outdoor learning majority of the day. They bring them out in the morning and then again at 3 until you pick them up so in the winter cold months they were outside for so long. Nothing they were doing was sitting well with me so after a month I transferred him to another centre that didn’t have any reviews which was why I chose this one to begin with. Best decision trusting my gut and taking my child out of there. The new place is amazing they are so clean, don’t keep the kids outside for hours, support the potty training process, treat kids like their own and give you daily updates and pics. Hoping this honest review will help someone else make an informative choice since our children are the most important thing in the world and we want the absolute best for them.

I cannot say enough positive things about Donald C. MacDonald and their outstanding staff! As a small business owner, Covid forced me back to work long before I was ready - my son started daycare at just 3 months old. I was extremely nervous and hesitant, as we were not allowed to enter the center due to their newly set health measures. Denise went above and beyond to provide a thorough presentation and answer all my questions so I felt at ease. Now 6 months later, my son has THRIVED at Donald C! He is so happy and smiling ear to ear each and every day. He is learning so much and hitting all of his required milestones, which the staff continue to keep me updated on. Every time I receive a notification from Storypark, it puts a huge smile on my face!In a year where we have not been able to see many friends or family, I am grateful for his exposure to other children and the incredible educators he is surrounded by daily! They have always kept me informed daily, and try extremely hard to stick to our set sleep schedule (a huge feat when caring for 9 other infants). They have also kept us confident and informed as Covid waves have peaked, and supported our family in making decisions within these difficult times. I feel extremely confident in their cleanliness and care of our babies! They care for my son as if he is one of their own. Lastly, you cannot help but smile every morning when greeted by Simone at the door - her energy is palpable, and she has made so many hard days (when I don't want to say goodbye to my sweet boy), so much easier!

This place is terrible. I tried to join the career program and they were so helpless. Kelly seems racist. I really needed help finding a job but I also had just got kicked out and she said she completely understood and when it came down to actually understanding she said there is nothing she can do. I wouldn’t recommend this people to help you find a job. It is terrible and unprofessional

This daycare is a great daycare. I am so comfortable when my child is there. They treat and care for your child like it's there own child .I trust them fully.

This daycare is the best! All staff is amazing! My two favourite staff is Evelyn and Simone! Their energy level is amazing and how they treated my daughter with so much care and love. I use to call every day to check on my daughter and they didnt mind, always informed me on everything to do with my daughter. My daughter left in 2019 and she even cry when she was leaving. I met to put this review a long time ago but i just remembered. Highly recommed this daycare, the staff will treat your children with love and care. Amazing people. My daughter goes to another daycare because we moved but i wish i could take her back to this daycare.

I participated in the program called “Summer school” and the program was great! Everything organized and of great quality.The whole team was wonderful and teacher taught us very well.The experience was very good.Thank you all.

Not everyone gets the chance to join their program as you cannot make everyone happy. My experience with this foundation has been good. I see bad reviews written down because of people who did not get chance to be placed under this facilities programs. This does not give rights to accuse the place in bad terms. Try your chance next time! 5 stars from an immigrant!
