Great company to join so far. Great company for customers as well. A great group of professionals overall.The operational side is especially smooth. No time wasting to dispatch each load like other companies. Dispatcher communicate’s every single driver and help as needed ASAP. Every driver I've talked with so far had told me they're happy here. Geysers can't control your experience over the road as a truck driver but the aspects they can control are spot on for the most part and efficient. The company is based in surrey.I'm still new here but it seems like the potential for $1.8k+ a week paychecks for company drivers is a real possibility. Yes it comes with good benefits. There are pay raises as well. The dispatch is extremely quick and they actually look forward to helping you with problems you might have. Especially the staff member working at the front counter of office helped me but I forgot his name.I haven't met everyone at Geyser’s yet but as a worker, I feel respected here. I plan to stay as long as things are good.Many good companies eventually find ways to short change the drivers or make their lives more difficult... I know this company will build a reputation for being one of the best of the best.I'll edit this review at a later time with an update on my experiences further.

It’s been 2 years since i’ve been working with geyser. I had very good experience so far. The owner and co workers are really nice and polite every time i called them. I have received my payroll on time for which i don’t have to ask twice. Everyone in team is very helpful. All trips are fully planned and every arrangement is made accordingly.

I would always recommend my friends with or without experience to work with geyser.I have been working for a long period for now and it has been like home with all the staff and co-workers.The dispatch is very supportive and the owners of the company are very humble persons they make you feel like home whenever around them.Good miles with good runs and flexible schedules.They train people who don’t have any experience and they always care about their drivers safety making it the top priority.The best company for me having a great time so far.

Even though I had a bad experience with my job but I do appreciate responsiveness of the management. and willingness to improve. As a result I have removed my review. I hope management would improve their dispatch department. I would be glad to see a positive change in work environment as described by management. I have seen a tons of positive reviews after my last review which reflects management do care about their reputation and it is willing to do anything to improve it.

All requests have been answered promptly and efficiently. Confirmation of delivery has been communicated every time. Great company to work with , but expect some extra deductions when you leave the company. They didnt paid my saftey bouns, that was around 600 -800 cad and charge me for load rearrangement abiut 1200 to 1500cad covered by bison . . No hard feeling for anyone , it look like this is the way people doing buisness in canada.
