Fantastic clinic, ever better Doctor. This man is incredibly well spoken, attentive and knowledgeable.

I have attempted to see Dr. Patel three times in which I only seen him once. He was two hours late on my first appointment in which I had to rebook. My second appointment he was 1 hour late but I did manage to get in with him. I was sent for a CT scan in which took there clinic 7 months to review and accept my next appointment. By my third appointment, I booked for the afternoon hoping to bypass his lateness. However, upon arrival the waiting room was fairly full of patrons whom have been waiting I would assume most of the morning. The receptionist stated he was to be in at 11:00 and has not been in yet. I was told I would have to wait until the rest of the clients were complete before he saw me. With him not in the clinic I did not want to waste my afternoon day off for several hours predicting when he would arrive.His staff needs to better organize and communicate his lateness or non existence in the clinic. I would have appreciated a phone call saying he was late so as to avoid driving in to rebook at a later date. The receptionist clearly doesn’t know when Dr Patel gets in or knows why he is running late. It makes sense now knowing why his license was suspended.Unless you have ample of time to wait and guess when he will be in, I would suggest finding a better clinic that has more professionalism and staff willing to make an effort to inform its patients of delays.
