Absolutely a 5 plus. Besides their wonderful fresh and tasty products, especially their blueberry torte , my favorite. I think COBS must go out of their way to hire the most friendliest people in the world , I have seen it in all 4 locations I have visited in Southern Ontario. This one so far ranks the best. Loved my experience here. Thank you to the staff.

Checked out this place for the first time today. Service was very friendly! The woman that helped me was only on her second day of working there but was incredibly knowledgable and went above and beyond ( I wish I got her name for a shout out!) There is a lot of staff there to help you and busy bees in the back. The pumpkin scone was the best I've had; so fluffy and delicious! I bought wayyyy too many pastries and bread and I'm sooooo excited to try it all :) I will be back, Thanks COBS!!

I wonder how much saliva accidently sprays onto to the out in the open bread, when 7 employees are all huddled beside it while laughing and talking to each other, as customers wait and watch? I don't care how good it is or is'nt, i'd rather it be germ free first of all. There are other options.

Picked up a variety of different buns and baked goods shortly after the grand opening. Everything we had was really tasty and full flavored. The scones were especially good. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Great breads and service. The focaccia were spot on flavour and texture. Tried their jalapeno one and a garlic one. And I can't stop raving about the perfectly sour sourdough bread. Well done! Keep up the great baking!
