Not only is it a very clean, beautiful store with great products, but everytime I've ever gone inside the employees there are always super friendly and so helpful. Usually I'll come in knowing what I want, and they help me find everything on my list no problem and also make great recommendations to match with what I'm getting or tell me their honest opinion on the products they've tried/had experience with. I recommend all my stylist friends to go to ESP, and they always find they have the same experience. Really a wonderful place.
