This place is great!I scored good deals!They spoke to me respectfully about their guitars on sale!I have experienced challenges in the region as a mature woman (age 53) but at this pawn shop, they treated me as equal to anyone else!!Actually, I've had more troubled at higher end" places whereas Hock King has real class!!"

I would rate zero, but I cant, so consider this a negative -1. I was late and never got a courtesy call to tell me they were selling my guitar. Not only that, but they altered it. I had several stickers on it, some irreplaceable and upwards of 50$. Thanks for letting me know. It was a Christmas gift from my sister a few years ago. Merry Christmas!

I have been going to Hock King for months now. And I must say they're amazing. They're not going to rip you off plus they protect your stuff. Try these guys out. They're very friendly. I have had a good experience with them I bring my stuff to them all the time. They're awesome. They're 5️⃣ ⭐️out of 5️⃣ in my opinion. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.

New update, it was plastic on the pick guard that was scratched and they took VERY good care of my gutiar I'm so happy now 5 STARS .....They r good with they're prices but I hocked a brand new guitar there in the case, now I've never ever played it but when I got it back and left it at home, my brother wanted to play it and I noticed it was scratched....very disappointed in for this I give them 1 star

Loved the guitar I bought and this store. Friendly knowledgeable staff. John and Tyler and David have good customer service skills and aim to please. And they were fair in giving me a discount for a trade in amp I brought in. Highly recommend.
