I just have to say after purchasing my jeep at Bridge city Chrysler this weekend.. I was in awe as it was the most impeccable customer service from Todd and everybody in Bridge city Chrysler! Todd went way over and above going through every detail of my jeep with me.. I’ve never had such good service from any of the salesmans ever! I have bought quite a few vehicles in my life! Hands down best service and if you’re looking for someone who really generally cares about what he does give Todd a call, I highly recommend!

Very happy with our New Grand Cherokee. Matt & Brittany were awesome to work with on my trade and also the deal for the new jeep! Highly recommend this dealer, great atmosphere and prompt reply from all of the staff we interacted with.

I had booked a Saturday appointment for 10.30am. Reception had told me on the phone the service would be 30-45 min wait. The wait time was substantially longer. I would have organized a ride if I had known I would be sitting in the lounge for well over an hour before my truck was even serviced. I understand good help is hard to find at the moment, however a heads up on a potentially longer wait time would have been nice.

Terrible experience. Charged me 215$ for a diagnostic of my car, told me what I had already known. Diddnt do a complete diagnostic. Told them there was oil leaking from the top of the engine as well as other issues and there was nothing about that in the report. Estimated three thousand dollars to fix a clutch and slave cylinder. However said the parts were unavailable at the moment and another part was two weeks away. I respectfully declined and told them I would come pick up the car. Drove the car there and when I went to pick it up. Battery was dead. Broken battery cover. Do not take your vehicles to this place. Highway robbery. Found the “unavailable parts” online for a fraction of the cost online, only a 6 day wait.

Outstanding Service Department. Can’t express how much I appreciate the professionalism and service that was provide to me by the service team, Chris Firkola I particularly want to shout out to and thank.I had previously tried to take my vehicle to Northside Lethbridge Dodge, where I was treated like a dog and a money grab, I wasn’t offered any advise or any sort of consultation.so I proceeded to take my issues and business to another place, Bridge City, am I ever happy I did!! The amazing team put me in touch with Chris Firkola, he, without bombarding me with questions, listened to my story, and offered some words of knowledge to consult me on the problems at hand, how much he sees them and what can be done at the time.He went on to coach me through the process of how and what the team would do to fix the issues, all before I even got there. This was as good as the $200 diagnostic and at which point I was happy to pay.Brought my vehicle to Chris, he knew right away that he could help me and effectively gave me the best options without upselling me on services I didn’t need, which in this age means the world. They fixed my issue in less than 24 hours. This was a impressive service, and the company is lucky to have a guy like Chris and a team to back him up. Thanks Bridge City.

Bought a jeep years ago from them. We sent a deposit as we were 5 hours away. Lined up a time for pick-up and paperwork to be finalized. Showed up and the vehicle was filthy. never got detailed and we didn't have time to wait 3 hrs for the detail.Fast forward 7 or so years and we are regularly bother by service calls and emails. Never been there other than for the purchase. Have requested to be left alone the haven't listened.

Once again another flawless transaction at Bridge City. The entire staff are kind, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to make your purchase a great experience. This is my third purchase in the past four years and will be back again. They have earned my trust and loyalty. If it came down to it I would, without doubt, spend more money on the same vehicle just to deal with this dealership and support their employees. The various departments work together seamlessly to ensure your purchase is smooth and enjoyable. One of the best qualities of this dealership is the consistency of quality and the push towards innovation. It's worth purchasing and servicing your vehicle here purely for the fact that you do not have to worry about some tier two singer serenading you in the courtesy service shuttle.

The service provided is exceptional, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Moreover, you can enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee while you're there. Additionally, they offer a free shuttle service for added convenience.

Honestly if I could rate a zero I would. Had my 2019 3500 with 70,000 km on it diagnosed for a front end clunk. got a quote back for something like $4000 because the tech said it was cab mounts and that he had seen it before (which I questioned immediately). Took it to my home town dealer and the tech didn’t even need to look to tell me there was no way it was cab mounts. Long story short the bill ended up being free because it was a loose bolt on the sway bar that needed to be torqued back down. Then I called to complain the the service manager and got to sit on the phone on hold and bounce around all over the dealerships. Will not return. Will not recommend.

I like to thank Ryan for his hard work on getting into the truck I want. Ryan is very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic and cares for his customers needs. Ryan, Srecko, Nolan, Mike, and Shawn worked hard in helping me get into a beautiful 2019 RAM Classic Laramie EcoDiesel. I wasn't able to get the truck I wanted originally but they still were able to get me into a truck that was close to it. Actually better! I got lower bi-weekly payments and more truck then my last truck. Once again I like to thank the people at Bridge Chrysler & Dodge RAM for their amazing job. They work together as a family and make you part of the family as well.
